I was initially drawn to Dailylook because of its promise of a personalized styling service, with marketing that emphasizes a convenient experience, curated selections tailored to individual preferences, high-quality items, and responsive customer service. However, my experience has fallen far short of these expectations. I've only received two boxes so far, and unfortunately, I had to return the entire second box. While I appreciate the concept and the potential for convenience, the execution has been lacking. My stylist repeatedly sent items that didn't match my preferences or size, despite my detailed profile and feedback. In fact, most of the items in the second box were the wrong size, and even the first box had an item with incorrect sizing. The communication was also poor, with dismissive responses and a lack of accountability for the errors. To make matters worse, the stylist notes included in both boxes—which are supposed to describe the items and how to style them—referred to items that weren't even included! This also happened with the box preview, which didn't accurately reflect what I received. My last box was particularly disappointing because it was disjointed, with none of the items matching one another, and the stylist note suggested pairing items with pieces that weren't there. I contacted Client Services to explain the situation, and while they refunded the styling fee, they informed me that they couldn't exchange items for the correct size or send me a new box right away. Instead, I had to return the box, track the return myself, and then request a new box once it was received. This process felt unnecessarily cumbersome and inconvenient. Throughout this ordeal, I felt undervalued as a customer. My stylist's responses were passive-aggressive, blaming inventory issues instead of taking responsibility for the errors. She also shared screenshots of her system, which seemed to indicate that client comments and notes aren't being properly reviewed. This lack of attention to detail and personalized service is concerning, especially given Dailylook's online promises. What made me feel particularly undervalued was the final response from Client Services after I sent a detailed email outlining the issues, including my stylist's dismissive behavior. They simply thanked me for the feedback and said they would forward it to the styling team, without addressing my concerns or acknowledging my request for a new stylist. I'm going to give the new stylist a try, but based on my experience so far, I can't fully recommend Dailylook. I would advise potential customers to be aware of the potential for inconsistencies and be prepared for a less-than-personalized experience. I'm hopeful that my third box will be a much better experience, but if it's not, I will cancel my subscription.

Loved the convenience. One bag is not big enough for all the clothes. Nor can you get a big bag in UPS drop box. But I will just not get so many pieces at once next time.

The clothing was nice, but kind of Pricey. There is no place to set a Price point in the style profile as far as I can tell. The Check out can be miss leading showing a discount that doesn't apply to the current order.

My stylist did an excellent job with my first Daily Look box! I kept almost everything! Styles were selected that I would not have chosen on my own but were pleasantly surprised with! Can’t wait for my next box!!

I accidentally left an item out of my return bag, and customer service e-mailed me a return label right away so I could return the item. Their customer service is STELLAR!

The clothes are good quality but many are too large. This was my 2nd box so I’m sure they will get better with my fit

Please let me begin with I am not the type of person ever looking for a handout. Furthermore I need to share my experience. I live in Florida where we had two hurricanes two weeks apart that my town devastated twice. Once I got service back (as my order was due for return/payment), I went on the chat option to discuss the situation that I was keeping a few of the items and returning others. I communicated that my town was hit by two major hurricanes two weeks apart. The majority of the town had no power to include businesses such as UPS store. I explained that I wanted to be charged for the items I was keeping and I would be sending the other back. I was able to send the items back using the proper process with the bag and label. Yet this morning I was charged for almost $900! This shows what kind of company this is. Not a care in the world. Well you know what, word of mouth goes far and I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. Again I was not asking for anything other than not to charge for the items I was not going to be keeping and giving a small extension to be able to get to a UPS store to process them as soon as they were back up and running. Shame on you! Get me my refund of almost $500!

I felt that my time was valued because of the high number of items sent in each shipment and the leisurely window of time to make a thoughtful decision. The price is reasonable and the stylist nailed my style and fit!

Bring new to DL, I mistakenly clicked the wrong button when previewing my box. I thought I was closing the text box, but mistakenly sent my choices before I finished. I emailed to see if the preview can be reopened (it cannot), but the representative was so kind and sent a screenshot of my items. I was able to eliminate one more item from the preview. The Rep was very personable and friendly through email. Haven’t received the box yet, but I like the customer service so far!

I appreciate the stylists takes my feedback into consideration but also help me out of my comfort zone. I specifically sought Daily Look to refresh my wardrobe and try something new. They delivered!

Customer service was spot on A+++. I had an issue and they responded right away and handled it exactly as I asked. Great company.
