After paying a few bills my account ran low, so I couldn't pay for now. I just emailed them to let them know if they can push my payment for the clothes I selected on my payday, and they did. I'm starting to love DailyLook. Only one thing, I wished the cost of some outfits wasn't this much expensive.

The clothing is way overpriced. They missed a complete month of shipping my box. Refused to really help me, just kept saying we had a lot of new customers, clearly doesn't care about existing customers. The stylist that was assigned to me did not read my reviews and likes. I live in Michigan, its December stop sending me sleeveless dresses and capris. I tried to cancel and was told I couldn't because my box was already being styled. 1 month later the box finally shipped, just for Dailylook to as fedex to return the box back to them, leaving me unable to use my styling credit. Its a shame. Customer service is awful. Even with the over priced clothing, I always bought at LEAST one item in the box, usually priced well over $100.00. I do not recommend.

I like that you send me several pieces to choose from. So far, I have only kept a few from each shipment, so not all of them are keepers.

I received my box. There were two of the ten items missing. I contacted them and worked that out. They were very responsive and helpful. The stylist seems not to have seen my preferences and sent items that I did not want. I did, however, buy one item that I loved. Just would like the stylus to read my notes and understand my needs. Thank you

I don’t have any issues with the quality of products I’ve received or the speed of deliveries, returns or payment processing. The issue I have had from the very beginning with all stylists is that they have not followed my preferences. I have specifically said no skinny jeans or skinny pants of any type. In every box I have previewed there has been minimum of two pair of skinny pants. And every time I respond with that issue and they tell me to give them more feedback on my likes and dislikes. I’ve done my part over and over. But they do not seem to do theirs.

I really like the variety in the boxes and how they match my likes. I had a delay in delivery, contacted customer service, they replied with a solution in less than 24 hrs. Great service 😄

The customer service team was great - very efficient and timely. It was the whole process that was less than good. I requested my first box, which I did not receive however the stylist fee was charged. A month and a half later I received an email saying my $30 credit would expire & I could add to my next box. I hadn't even received box #1. I requested my subscription be cancelled and my money be refunded, which was done promptly. For that reason I will give a 1 star rating.

My stylist picked out a lot of great pieces. My only concern is that a lot of the items are pricey so I can't afford to but too many.

I am really enjoying my DAILYLOOK more and more. My stylist is getting to know me. She sends items that I would never choose myself and I LOVE the new styles. I have tried other companies and the quality of the clothes just was not there.

While I enjoy the curated styles sent to me, this latest collection looked poorly made and Walmart-type quality. Not to mention the box was 6 weeks late. I understand there are extreme extenuating circumstances due to the LA fires, it was the lack of communication that was frustrating. I was told there would be a slight delay with no explanation of what the circumstances were. I cannot begin to possibly understand what people are going through, I just ask for some transparency and communication when you are unable to meet promises. I have had some great quality items come in the boxes that were perfect. I just wish the quality was consistent and not so expensive. I’m hoping that I will be able to improve my number of stars going forward as business slowly returns to normal. Out of the different clothing services I have tried, this one is my favorite so far.

I had really high hopes for this company because of their advertising. The clothes they sent me were poorly made. It was a box with several heavy knit sweaters. Additionally, I was charged for styling fees, but did not receive a box. I am waiting for a response for the refund request. Update: The company issued a refund for the box that was not sent. The refund was issued only after I posted the one star review. I still do not trust this company. If I had not been looking through my credit card statements, I would not have seen the charge.

Everything is overpriced and it really doesn’t matter what you do with your styling, you can continue to get kind of confusing selections. I’ve had boxes with values of over $1700. The last couple months have been confusing. I was charged one month for a box that never came, but that credit was put on the next box so I guess that’s good. Still investigating a potential overcharge for months back. I liked that they offered some unique fun stuff and lots of add-ons but overall it was a pretty lackluster experience and I was always scared that if I didn’t get it back on time I’d be charged thousands of dollars. The last shipment didn’t come with the return bag as usual, but didn’t include any other information on it so I had to call. By the way, you could just put it back in the box and cover up your shift sticker with the shipping label. Difficult to cancel, they push “pausing.”

I loved what I kept. The returned items were very nice too. I just feel like the clingier items don't compliment me YET. I'm trying to lose more weight.

Really disappointed with this company and the experience. I can echo the many many complaints by saying that I have never heard back from a stylist nor have the clothes reflected my choices. When trying to get a delivery date or any kind of update from customer service from an order to be delivered in january, I just receive the same robotic response each time. the good reviews sound fake and I am convinced it is AI acting as customer service and stylists. No company of humans can be this bad, can they?
