After I received my first box, tried to order my box early and it took a month. When I received my box I sent 75% back. There were hand wash only items which I don't have time for and a lot of ill fitting sweatshirt type clothing/lounge clothing. A few things were really cute but didn't fit properly or were not my style. I am a business woman and I am trying to build a new wardrobe to suit my job. I need a box that has more options and styles. I would say compared to other boxes that I get this one is just okay.

My box was scheduled to arrive while I would be on vacation. I wouldn’t be home to try on items and send back any i didn’t want within the assigned window of time. I contacted customer service via email and right away they responded and literally within minutes the delivery date was changed to when I will be back from vacation. Thank you!

The stylists are awesome, they listen and actually send items you want. The quality of the clothes alone makes it worth it. And they make it super easy to return the items you don’t want.

Super fast and friendly customer service.

I love the ease of Dailylook. My shopper really knows what I like. Unfortunately I usually want the majority of items in my box. Great quality clothes. My only downside is the prices are pretty high. I skip a month here and there because of the high prices. But I love the clothes I purchase and I love my shopper. They also make sending items back very easy.

The representative was very quick, clear and fair in addressing my question and matter. I appreciated that it was not a long or convoluted process; my expectations were exceeded and my concern resolved!

Better fitting clothing choices and styles.

Great choices. In the past, Customer service worked with me to resolve an issue quickly.

I specifically asked for petite clothes - I'm only 5'2" . None of the clothes they sent were petite sizes. Very disappointed. I'm going to find another company.

I am enjoying some of the specific Communication my stylist has been having with me. Makes me feel as though my comments are being listened to, which is different from other companies I worked with. So far the quality of clothing I received has been consistently good, which is also a bonus.

Items sent seemed randomly chosen as they did not work together as complete outfits. Colors and styles did not align with my design feedback and felt dated and frumpy. Written description of how to wear items didn't match items in my box. Difficult to stop subscription. Would not recommend.

I am floored by how on point in style and sizing you are! My 2nd box I kept 6 items! One of them a pair of jeans! I have never been able to find a pair of jeans, much less shipped to me , that fits and feels so wonderful! The only bad thing I can say is the fact that I cannot afford to keep so many items each time! I want to keep it all!

I have loved dealing with Daily Look. Their clothes are lovely and the service is flawless. It is stupid-easy to make returns. There is no charge. You get a chance to try everything on at your leisure (5 days). I usually want to keep more pieces than I can afford. Which is not to say things are too expensive. YOU set the rates! So dive in and enjoy!!

Amazing customer service. I have a stylist that listens and is easy to work with. I have gotten amazing clothes. I always wish I could buy almost everything in my box!!

My stylist nailed my size. Being on the heavier side and having such short legs, I was nervous about trying this but everything has fit great. She also picks flattering things that make me feel pretty and confident.

Absolutely love this service. I am always thrilled with my boxes. The clothes are high quality- higher than other services like this. I’ve tried a few and daily look is the best. My stylist is great at sending super trendy along with classic looks.

For a few boxes now, the stylist has hit it dead on. I have learned to convince myself to try things and keep an open mind - and as a result many of the picks sent have become absolute staples in my closet.

I love the fact I can try them on at home and model them for my husband. The selection is curated to go together. There is always something that fits me and my budget. Bonus is knowing what I have is not going to be something that everyone else has!
