This company unfortauntely doesn't stand behind its products. The selection was ok. When I would preview the box and eliminate items, they would replace them with nearly identical items. Then, one of the $100 sweaters I bought got a run in the sleeve the first time I wore it. It was over the 30 days when I asked about refund or replacement so I was out of luck. I understand a 30 day policy for choosing to return an item, but for a defective item? I'm not going to keep spending $100 per item if there is noone willing to guantee quality beyone 30 days. Other box subscriptions were excellent with returns and certainly in person stores are much better.

I’ve used other services before and I’ve been disappointed. I have been much happier with Daily Look. Everything my stylist had sent me has fit. I love the colors, styles and variety in the boxes. I have gotten compliments on everything I have purchased. 10 stars!

Really enjoy each and every box. I love opening it and seeing the styles picked for me. The clothes are very nice organized and packed for shipping with little to no wrinkles. I love that we’re give the time to determine what fits and what to keep. Being rushed makes things more complicated. Having a credit and the discounts helps as well!! Thank you

I love my stylist, Lorea. From Box 1 I felt that she got my style and considered my choices and now my feedback. She has been a joy to work with. Also the bonus credit and items in my box are fun to receive. I wish the app had more features. I would like to see the items on the app after the preview. Overall, I am very happy.

I am blown away! With my size and shape, I never thought I would struggle with what to send back. My stylist has nailed it every time, and I want to keep almost all the items. I was skeptical at first as I had tried other services such as this with little success. However, I highly recommend Daily Look. Izabella has been amazing! Don’t hesitate; you won’t be sorry.

I have really enjoyed the selections of clothing made by my stylist.

One of the items I kept is badly damaged. I didn't realize it until I was hand washing it so I couldn't wear it. Half the seam on the shoulder of a jacket isn't stitched. I have no knowledge of sewing and will now have to pay even more to get an expensive item that was fresh out of the box fixed before I can wear it. I'm incredibly disappointed

I liked and wanted to keep all but one item in my last box. Since that was only my 2nd box, that's pretty good. It didn't take long to figure out what I like. Everything was good quality. The prices are a little high. I wish the discount method was different.
