The service was fine. Though I was disappointed. I am a 76 yr young woman and I felt the clothes were to expensive for the quality and not a ge appropriate.

Horrible stylist and company. Even when you tell them exactly which items to send(literally brand, size, style everything) they send you the complete opposite. They don't listen and have horrible customer service.

Staff was easy to get a hold of on the phone. I tried to change my frequency to every 3 months instead of every month because lets face it...the clothes are expensive. The app wouldn't update when I chose 3 months. I'm happy with daily look, I have tried other clothing subscriptions and I'm the happiest with this one. Clothes are high quality and very cute!

I've used Daily Look for some time now. The stylist sends me the most fabulous clothes that I would have never imagined wearing. I have fallen in love with so many things sent and sometimes the whole box. But what really has me writing this review is the level of service when it counts. I just dealt with hurricane Helene in Florida coming through and wasn't able to complete the purchase and return of what I wasn't buying on time. I wrote in asking for an extension and they immediately gave me that extension without hesitation. But they didn't stop there, the email expressed concern of my well-being first stating that is more important in a time like this. This company is not only wonderful at providing service in fabulous clothing, styling for your specific needs,and creating confidence in the messages that come in your styling box but they are also compassionate, caring, and thoughtful in a time of need and I am so grateful. I was a satisfied customer before but now you have a loyal fan. So few times does a company help out when you need them to and Daily Look has. Thank you for being a all-around top notch caring company Daily Look!

The first box I received was nothing like what I ask for. (Bright fun light things for a cruise is what I wanted, I received a lot of heavy fabrics and black, brown and white, not one single color). I did keep a pair of jean shorts only to find out later they are available online for forty percent of what DL charged me. This was actually the issue with a lot of the prices when I went back and checked. I then wrote a detailed email about my issues. Next box preview pictures come in my email, literally the same ugly type of clothes I specifically said I hated (ruffles, old lady shapes, just not cute). I contacted them and said I hate this stuff can I just skip the box and they said no (which is so stupid). The box gets stuck in transit because they didn't label it properly and goes back to them. Then their system thinks I still have the box and keep demanding I return it. They still haven't fixed it, I have emailed literally dozens of times and no on responds. Hopefully I don't get charged for a box I never even received and that their system is bizarrely too stupid to recognize never even made it to my state. TLDR: Poor customer service, ugly overpriced clothes

This service is awesome, convenient, easy process. The clothes are legit, good material, and the stylist gets to know what you like and really tries to mix it up. I’m definitely hooked on it. Return process is so easy no hassle.

I appreciate the convenience, quality of products and the range of choices my stylist is able to fit into the box! It’s like opening up Mary Poppins bag! 💼 🩷

I love the quality. My items are things I wouldn’t normally grab in person, which get me trying new things and finding how much I like them for me. I like that they are still me.

Loved everything that came to me. It got to a point where I didn’t need anymore clothes. But now I feel I have a bit more stylish.

I enjoy the clothes and have found styles I never would have tried before. I have asked for more colorful selections and haven’t yet received it. Everything remains neutral and I do enjoy a lot of color. I’m hoping the next box will include more colors.

Terrible style choices . They only let you remove 3 of 10 items . I would’ve removed all . A waste of time and money
