last box was completely uninspiring. it had dull colors. prints that were guaranteed to make me look fat. you can do better. I do not want to look fat and frumpy

The Daily Look Stylists are talented and responsive. The clothing is all reasonably priced and of very good quality. I hate shopping in crowded stores. When I do I always end up buying the same styles over and over again. Daily Look is helping me freshen up my wardrobe. I love this subscription!

you do have excellent quality products, a bit expensive for me but I really like your clothes. return policy is incredibly good and easy. Even when I couldn't get my clothes returned by the due date and I explained why, you were truly kind and gave me time to get them returned. I appreciate that very much. Everyone I was in contact with were Great! Thank you

My return package is lost and they have been working with me to track it down. Not only have they not charged me for my lost returns but they extended my checkout date. Really hoping the return still make it to them as neither the post office or ups seem to have them. Will continue using them as I’ve already ordered my next box.

My returns bag was lost in transit and I was charged the full amount of the box 😫😰. I called the customer service line and within 2 minutes they offered to reverse the charge. I was amazed and so impressed (not to mention thankful). I’ve been doing stitch fix for years and daily look is way, way better in every single way.

If I could give it half a star I would. They don’t listen to what you say to them or what you put in surveys. I felt like they were styling clothes for a person that would be the opposite of me style wise. I don’t like pink…they would send pink. I don’t want office wear…that’s what I would get. I hate skinny jeans, I like straight or bootcut…got 3 pairs of jeggings. Every box was a huge disappointment. The experience was very frustrating. Things are too expensive also, with each item being close to $100, not worth it. The app is horrible. You get a credit you can’t buy anything with or credit towards clothing items or a box because it expires before your next box comes. My “stylist” if you can call it that, would write how to style my clothing in the box and she would be talking about items that didn’t exist. Or items that were in the previous box. I liked 2 items a lot, over the course of 3 boxes and they were both the wrong size. My last box had tops that were M-XL….!!! WTF

Loving this so far. My stylist seems to get more dialed in every month and I’m finding that I’m keep pieces I would never even try on at a store. It’s so easy and convenient to get new pieces for your wardrobe this way.

When I had a family emergency arise, customer service was not only super timely in responding but also very gracious with my check out. My stylist has been so personal with me as well!

Fantastic Company! I have been using their service monthly for about six months. There are great selections and the stylists listen to their clients needs. Their customer service is excellent. I had an issue with losing my returns receipt, and it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend DailyLook. You really do get what you pay for, quality items and great customer service.

My stylist did a good job matching my styles to my many desires and demands. I now have 2 vacation outfits, one dressy and one casual, plus a dinner dress, and a dress to hopefully get engaged in this winter

I needed a bit of a wardrobe refresh with some key pieces, especially for work to stay “current”. Sam did a great job balancing being stylish, yet classy. Also, I have difficulty finding close that fit my apple shape and she hit the mark with the brands much better than hours of shopping myself could do. From a cost perspective I wouldn’t say it is a “great deal” which I love, but generally aligned with the quality of items in the box. The first box -some things fit some things a bit of a miss as was exploring what may work best then gave feedback. The second box almost too perfect because loved almost everything - style and fit - and was too tough to pick and choose what to keep!

I have low vision and have difficulty shopping so DL is perfect for me. The response time to my e-mails are great. The shipping is fine and on time. The return method is easy. The price list needs to be included in the shipments. The description of each item is limited. Their website needs to have clothes to view so your stylist can better understand what I like.
