I am extremely disappointed with the $130 pair of khaki pants I bought 8 months ago. They fit perfect but the fabric literally has shredded. I had the tailor patch 4 rips but they just continue to shred in new places. I contacted my personal shopper Tiffany and she didn't even have the decency to acknowledge my email. Telling me the company doesn't stand by their product. Update 11/29/24 After writing a review the company offered me a refund.

Talking to a representative that gets back to you quickly is a wonderful experience, solves my problem and credits my account within a day is the answer to working with a company as convienent as DAILYLOOK

I found my box very bland. I chose quite a few favorite from the outfits that are on your site. Would like if those were taken into account when choosing the pieces I am sent.

By far the worst styling subscription I’ve tried. It is very clear that each box is not styled to you specifically. In every survey they send out before styling the next box, they ask you questions like what colors you want to avoid, what are you wanting to see in the next box, etc. Everything I suggest or say I don’t want in these surveys is totally ignored. I said I didn’t want black, but I got one box that was almost entirely black. I said I wanted to see more blouses that could go under blazers for work, but I haven’t received a single one. I have even changed stylists and still have the same issues. I also had an issue where I returned the items I didn’t want, but I received a $500 charge a couple days later saying my returns were received. Luckily I saved the receipt with tracking and was able to prove it was indeed delivered. The customer service line was very responsive and did refund my money after a couple days. That is the only reason why I am giving them two stars instead of one. My whole experience has been very frustrating :(

The items were way overpriced for very poor quality clothing. I thought I would be keeping 2 items, described as sweaters which looked nice in the photos. When I opened the box, the "sweaters" were very thin fabric, definitely not what I would call sweaters, and definitely not worth more than 30 dollars. I could have bought better clothing from Walmart! Each item was around 100 dollars. I sent the entire box back and was billed anyway because they still hadn't received it 3 weeks later. They finally reported it as lost and did refund my money.

I have only received one box and loved it. There were some pieces I would never have tried on in a store that were adorable. Wonderful experience with your Chat person Lorie. She was able to extend my return date due to a personal issue. Great customer service.

My stylist is great, the questionnaire that is completed for body type, shape, age, style choices and preferred colors and patterns makes this a no brainer. If I could afford to buy everything I would. Everything comes packaged beautifully, it's just so convenient and easy, I love it and highly recommend trying it out.

Prices seem high for the quality of these items. Nice packaging though. A flannel or long sleeve top, $88-$93. Pants priced at $138. I’ve cancelled my subscription although I did like some of the clothes - just too pricey for me.
