Responded very well to my feedback from my last box and did a lot better this time. The looks were more to my taste. Actually wore one dress the day I got my box as it was perfect for an event I had that night.

I enjoy using Daily Look. I am not a shopper and it’s very convenient to have a skilled person do it for me. I have nice pieces now that are classic and I can mix and match. Sizes fit my size nicely. For someone who doesn’t like to shop, I recommend Daily Look.

I am a very petite woman and I have always had problems finding age appropriate clothing that fits me correctly, and my stylist, Megan, hit the nail on the head! Everything fits perfectly, like it was made just for me! The quality is superb, and the materials are fantastic! After completing my questionnaire, and my first box, my stylist picked out items that I loved, and I kept most of it. The only con is that they are super pricey, but they make up for that in quality. I also had an issue ordering my “free gift” when I signed up months ago, and still haven’t figured it out yet. I also love that I don’t have to spend hours in store trying things on to shop, everything is conveniently sent to your door, and return is a breeze.

My stylist is fantastic. For never having actually seen me, she picks out some great stuff. My only concern is the price points are fairly high, so be prepared.

My stylist has really gotten to know what I like and what is my style. Also, I had a little issue with an extra charge. Contacted customer service and in less than 24 hours- issue was resolved and refund was given. Excellent and speedy customer service and a stylist that listens- I love Daily Look!

I received a very nice piece of clothing, but it clearly had a defect, as the seam came apart on the neckline of the garment. I chatted with a rep from DailyLook and they spent their time to understand what I wanted and resolve my issue to my satisfaction. I wanted to return and replace the item, and they explained the steps I needed to follow and made sure I understood the process. Great service.

I wrote notes on why I returned items, customized my preferences in the settings, and emailed my stylist and kept getting items and styles and prices that did not work for me. I'm trying a different service now- not sure if I will go back.

When I receive my Dailylook box it's like Christmas! There are always items I like that I would have never picked up myself! I like the variety and quality of the items.

Edit: Daily Look's version of a member of their team reaching out, is an auto email asking only 1 question: Would I recommend Daily Look to a friend? No. I didn't catch the UPS delivery driver in order to refuse delivery of the box that had been shipped, so I had to open it to get the return label out. I literally laughed out loud this time. On the notes from the auto-bot "stylist" was the standard apology that none of my preferences or favorites were in stock, but hey, just try out this collection that was sent. One of the blouses was a sheer, light blue top for the insane price of $88. I mean, who doesn't love sheer material in winter? There was a crumpled, gaudy WHITE blazer with tacky orange and yellow flowers all over it. I've seen used-car commercials that had less cringe than this awful thing. There was a pair of thread-bare ultra wide leg pants that I could wear for "my next beach luncheon." I live at over 10,000 ft altitude, it was -13 out, snow on the ground, and their bot is a lunatic. The price on the pants was close to $100. Again, my preferences clearly state that I will not wear wide leg pants, so naturally they had to send the ultra wide. I was sent another repeat of a different sweater that I had already returned once before. I completely forgot to check the box next to plaid that asks what I prefer NOT to get (like it would actually matter anyway). I've been sent enough plaid button ups to clothe a lumberjack camp. Now, as expected, almost immediately after I posted my original review, their auto-bots countered with some 5-star reviews about how wonderful and exciting their experiences have been, along with how wonderful and exciting customer service is. If their experiences are that wonderful, why does almost all of them have to contact customer service? On the plus side, it was simple to cancel my membership! Daily Look is a bait and switch scam. Preferences? Don't even think about it; they will send what THEY want. Favorites? Never in stock, even though they blast the "new" looks all over social media. I have had the same sweater in a box 3 times now. That tells me they're desperately trying to get rid of the items no one else wants. For some odd reason on my last box, they tried to send a white spaghetti strap thin sundress. It was literally -4° here a few days ago. Sadly, you're only allowed to remove 3 items from your box preview. I would have removed all as none even resembled a small fraction of my preferences. I will be canceling after this new box has been returned. The 5 star comments contain far too many buzz words to be considered legitimate reviews.

I always love the styles that get sent to me. It’s fun to try on things I’m not sure would suit me, but I have been pleasantly surprised on a few occasions.

My stylist did great considering she doesn't know me and we've only filled two boxes. The choices and styles don't seem like there a lot of variety so that would make it even more difficult. The items that I have kept I really like and will order more in the future as I can.

I enjoy daily looks so far. Most the clothes arrive absolutely wonderful great quality. Some of the clothes seem to be very expensive which makes me not give it five stars.
