I picked the Malaysian night market experience. Delicious recipes, all ingredients well wrapped and packed. Arrived on time. Fresh ingredients arrived well chilled. Only minor issue was there wasn’t sufficient prawns provided to make all the dishes - I can only guess they were weighed frozen, but I was 100g short so had to leave them out of one of the dishes. Recipes were good and dishes came out delicious.

Received as a gift. Nice idea in theory, but the execution definitely needs some work. Our order was left on our doorstep in the rain. Some of the ingredients (corriander, garlic) were already well past their best. It didn't feel very good value overall, especially considering you can buy a whole recipe book for £15 or less. I guess the price tag covers the staggering amount of packaging involved... i didn't like the finished dish either, but it may just have not been to my taste.

First time buyer. Ordered the Malaysian chicken rendang for 2. The tins arrived dented! They were not individually wrapped to protect them from damage. When I complained, they said it was OK to use but I don't buy or use dented tins! The chicken pieces were adequate though the other ingredients sent to make the dish were miserly for the price paid. I'm Malaysian and it's something I have often. Not authentic enough for me.

Beautifully and thoughtfully packaged, it arrived on time. Cooking took a bit of time but it was worth it as we sat down to a delicious meal.

Easy to order. Excellent communication right up until delivery. Exceptional quality. Delicious recipe. Highly recommended. Perfect for a special night in or get together with friends. We will definitely order again.

Some lovely recipes, perfect healthier and fresh alternative to buying takeaways. There were a couple of ingredients missing in two of the boxes we ordered, a chilli and pomegranate powder. Excellent instructions and packaging. The boxes for 2 people are definitely enough for 2. We went larger on our next order. Will order again.

Delicious food which was well packaged and environmentally friendly.

Clear instructions and a good quantity of food on our Malaysian food day. Takes a fair bit of prep but this gave us time to chat and reminisce, which was great

Ordered an Indian street food box - the quality of the ingredients was great and I loved how the oils and pastes were packaged in small glass jars. The recipes were easy to follow it took a while to get everything prepped but once that was done the cooking was easy. I really liked how they provided a sheet to tell you when to start each different recipe to get the timings correct. Overall, a great experience and the food tasted amazing, there was enough for 4 and lots left over for lunch the next day - I will definitely order again when I next decide to treat the family!

Great ingredients and easy to follow recipe cards

Delivered on time, food was fresh and everything required for recipes was provided. Meal was very enjoyable, the wine and chocolates were a lovely surprise.

Terrible value for money. The portion size was 4-6 as a small starter maybe but not for a main course. Items missing which made the whole experience disappointing

The ingredients were very fresh, but the portion size was definitely not enough for 3. I made some naan bread to accompany the meal. My husband does like a large portion and 150g of rice between 2 is never enough for him. The curry was probably the most authentic restaurant style curry I have ever cooked. But I also found the number of whole spices left in the dish a little overwhelming. I removed as many as I could before service. On balance though I do not feel the finished dish would have been as authentic without the number of whole spices. The rice was amazing too. I really enjoyed the box, I would like the option to maybe buy two experiences at one to reduce the cost of postage.

Nice recipes good proportion a bit pricey since you have to do your own cooking.

Good produce, great packaging, very quick delivery. Food was nice, but was a little difficult due to many different pots etc.

It was really, really good fun and the food was spectacularly good. I really recommend it. The presenter was lovely and very entertaining.

Lovely flavour profile, however some ingredients were missing for me and too much peep when it came to cleaning the prawns.
