I purchased this box as a birthday treat for my wife's birthday and it was very good. The ingredients were of excellent quality, the recipe cards very well laid out and the 'master' instruction card detailing the stages and steps to bring all 4 dishes together at the same time worked pretty well - there was one stage missing for one dish. There is a lot of cooking to do, which we enjoyed - it is very much a cooking experience with delicious things to eat at the end. The box is generous in its portion size and we had lunch leftovers for the next day. Everything was provided other than a couple of teaspoons of sugar and tap water! We would recommend the Cookaway experience and would send a box to friends as a gift - certainly those who we know would enjoy spending around 90 minutes (certainly for the Malaysian Night Market box) pottering around with a beer or glass of wine, getting dinner together. We will buy again

Very impressed of the packaging, menu prep and delivery. Well instruction and easy to follow. Enjoyed my cooking and fantastic meals. Ordered the Tandoori chicken and lemon rice.Everything included, apart from red onion, which was absolutely no problem. The food tasted amazing and especially the coriander mint chutney. Easy to follow instructions. Looking at other recipes to try. Looking forward to my next order. Definitely recommend.

I enjoyed using this service as a one off but is really for people who love cooking for themselves. Bit fiddly and took long time to prepare. For price I would stick to takeaway. Good quality ingredients though.

I thoroughly recommend trying a Cookaway Experience. From the smooth and informed delivery to the packaging, the quality of the ingredients and the way the preparation instructions are set out so clearly on the recipe cards. It's a perfect gift for anyone who enjoys cooking! Each ingredient is carefully measured in little pots for every stage of the recipe and the flavour of the completed dish is amazing!

Good food, but the recipes are very long and probably too difficult to follow. I do not agree with the amount of packaging. If there are 4 ingredients that can go in the pan at the same time, why not to mix them together, there is no cross contamination in seeds. I suppose there could be people allergic to certain ingredients, but I guess they shouldn't be ordering. I spent in average 30 minutes more than suggested, and we were 2 people cooking. the recipes should be by steps and easier to read, not long sentences when we simply need to add the next ingredient. It was fun for a one off, but too long to make it a regular thing, for the amount of effort, price and cleaning, I am better off going to my local Indian restaurant. I enjoyed the Spotify playlist.
Cookaway box arrived with all the ingredients needed to make lovely Greek food, everything we needed was included even a Spotify Greek music list! Clear cooking instructions were also included which made it a fun, stress free cooking experience.
Excellent service and quality - only bit I am unsure of is the plastic containers for basic ingredients in the box.
