I have Parkinson disease and it is very difficult to use flat screen cell phones. Old type phone with W F base do connect me to my doctor, friends and extended family back.

The customer representative was nice, respectful & he explain everything in a way that I could understand & help me quickly Community Phone is the best Phone service ever!

My mom is older and continued losing her cell phone or forgetting how to use it. Our conversations could easily lead to frustration since it was difficult to explain how to do things on the phone from a distance. After years of replacement phones it finally clicked: a landline!!! The company I called first forwarded me to a life alert line instead. The second company didn't even want to offer a landline even though it was on the website. This company was easy to work with. She can still use the cell phone with the landline through the App! And in the 305 with power outages during storms, she still has service!

Very friendly and helpful customer service. The Community Phone representatives were there for me and helped me solve any problems I had at the time. I sincerely appreciate their help and my Community Landline Phone has been working great. I enjoy being with Community Phone and will stay with them and would recommend their services to everyone.

Community Phone excels in customer service. It has been easy to call and reach a knowledgeable and patient professional. The choices for landline phone service without internet is somewhat limited, so finding the Community Phone option has been a relief!

The personnel could not have been more considerate and kind as we worked out some issues with my sister's phone. I highly recommend them for an elderly person, especially one in a nursing home

I noticed a few unhappy folks and was hesitant about Community Phone. But i went for it anyway since there's no contract. From the sign-up process to getting my equipment in the mail, set-up was so easy and I got a dial tone immediately. I'm an entrepreneur and wanted a separate number for my consulting business in my office, and I also wanted a personal line for my mother (70+). What I'm most looking forward to is their app so i can see missed calls and voicemails when I'm traveling (but haven't gotten around to downloading it yet). in my short time as a member, i have seen this company care more than all the big phone companies combined! looking forward to being a member for a long time

Same problem as Pauline. My mother and mother n law are in the same assisted living facility in Grove Oklahoma. They each have their own room and phone everything worked great until AT&T outages. Now it's hit and miss. Thank everything is working.

Assisted living facility - landline service unreliable, occasionally it works but many days no dial tone to call out and incoming calls not getting through from family, friends and most importantly doctor offices and medical supply companies. Have only had it since Feb of 2024 and it has been a horrible experience.

WORSE phone company ever ! 14 times to try to make a call to this phone Relatives cant connect Must dial a 1 to get connected DONT EVER USE !

Got your service over a year ago received my phone line over a year ago and never was activated or fixed I never got SIM cards after I asked her twice it's been going on for over a year now and I believe I just got taken for $115 because they told me I had to pay for another set and phone before I can even get phone and I haven't even used this phone I've had it for a year trying for the past six and a half seven months I understand why

When I reply to their call, their response is garbled and almost inaudible; when I then ask a question they put the phone down on me. The reply from Community Phone is irrelevant. I never call Community Phone. It is always they who make uninvited calls to me

This company is a scam don’t use them! Got this for elderly parents, immediately they started getting scam callers even though I paid extra to block. It scared them, so after two weeks of the base just sitting, I returned it. Base was in perfect condition when it was mailed. They are refusing to return my deposit as they say there was a small scratch on the bottom, even though the pictures they sent me show nothing. I’m going to look in to having them investigated to see if this is common practice as I feel it might be. It’s sad that a lot of elderly use their serves.
