Your support staff is excellent. Quick to answer or return a call, and patient in answering questions.

I love the phone clarity. My cell phone is not clear at all. I have had a few disconnected calls. My big problem is setting & getting into my voice mail. The instructions when you dial 1 is not clear enough. I forgot my password & have no idea how to reset password. More information should be sent with the modem. I like having a clear voice on my end & callers end.

The quality and stability of the phone signal is highly variable and inadequate to support working from home. I now gather that I need to buy some antenna and mount it on my roof if I want to have connectivity equivalent to a true landline.

With my previous landline phone provider, I had continual static, which eventually made it almost impossible to hold a conversation. They tried to fix this 4 different times. It would be static free for a while and then the static would resume again. I stumbled on Community Phone and switched. Setting it up was simple, and it works, static free. Also, unlike my previous provider, Community Phone has been very helpful.
