The only 1 niggle that prevented a higher score was that I wasn't informed that shipping would be delayed until all the order was available. Having said that, the company did pay for a guaranteed 12:00 delivery when parts were available. Perhaps the web site could show when stock levels are low.

They had the product, I ordered it and it arrived. I didn't get the info I had asked for on another product, but they did tell me I'd probably get a better deal elsewhere so no problems.

Overall service good. However the web site needs work. Amending product quantities, single update for all items. As a new customer experience with site was not to bad. As a returning customer experience with site was frustrating, it took several attempts to log in successfully to check out, and log in persistence is far from good, having to log back in during check out process is annoying, so minimum details entered, contact phone number was 0 as half expected the process to ask me to repeat again everything I had just entered again! The problems with the site deters re-use, fix it, soon.

Before deciding to purchase I sent in a request for elaboration , and was agreeably surprised to receive a prompt complete concise reply which answered all my query. I then ordered the products on a next day delivery promise and the products arrived on schedule. Initially I thought the delivery charge was a bit heavy but on reflection I reconsidered that the prompt professional delivery was indeed worth the price paid. The product was exactly as promised and worked perfectly. Overall, I had the most-satisfying and hassle-free dealings with this company.
