As a company we regularly buy from Colglo & usually just order online. On the occasions I have had to contact the office, the staff have always been, friendly, helpful and polite. They call back when they say they will even if they haven't got the information yet (which is always because a certain supplier of theirs hasn't contacted them when they said they would... I won't name them).
I found these guys via e-bay, they seemed cheap, I phoned for advice, it was quick and helpful, the stuff I ordered arrived the next day and I am overwhelmed. A new fan!

Colglo have depth in their product range that we just haven't found with other suppliers, so we've been able to get, for instance, replacements for thermostatic blending valves where other suppliers have only complete packages at 3 or 4 times the price. Plus the web site has enough detail that you can be confident you have ordered the right part. And every order has arrived the next day without fail. 5 stars without question.
I rang up recently about 3:00pm to confirm that the specifications of a water pump listed on the web site would meet my needs. Ordered the pump from the web site at about 3:45pm. e-mails came at tea time saying that the pump had been despatched. Next day - at about 10:00am the pump was delivered. Had my water butts pumped out into my storage tank within the day. Fantastic! A highly recommended company.
