After trawling the web for the best price I was a little apprehensive in placing the order due to the large difference against competitors. I needn't have worried pump arrived as stated and has now been fitted, working like a Swiss watch.

The delivery option of next day is a joke. On 4 separate occasions I have used this service at an expense and I have not once received a full order the next day but have still been charged for the pleasure. I have brought this up with peter before but had a very short and un helpful response. Therefore because of this poor service, neither I or my future clients will be using your company again.

Ordered twice now, simple webiste makes it easy to find stuff. Ordered , payed by Pay Pal just before lunch.. buy the time I've come back they have already sent me a disptach email. Turns up in post a couple a days later - ( I use cheap post ) Meets all expectations.

Rang up and asked for advice on which product to buy to insulate a condensate pipe from a condensing boiler - the only place on the internet that came up in Google who sells insulation in 36mm size. Bought it online - postage cost was very reasonable for such a small order and was expecting it to arrive a few days later as it said second class post. However it was sent overnight courier and it arrived the following day - that's what I call service. Would definitely use this company again.

I was buying snaplock couplings without any prior knowledge of their use. The size I wanted were the 2'' ones and it might be helpful to novices to add BSP after the size. However, a quick phone call established that the threads were, indeed, BSP. From then on everything was plain sailing. The website was easy to use with regards picking each item and adding it to the basket, and payment by PayPal was a bonus. The items arrived quickly and were well packed. Very pleased.

Easy to navigate website, competitive pricing, good comms, delivery was later than expected but I was in no rush so no major issue. Spoke to someone there a couple of times to arrange delivery and they did what they said they would do, so can't fault them, good job all round.
