We had researched the pond pump we needed, and ordered it locally. We like to deal locally when possible. We were given a two-day delivery. We waited in for three days. When we checked with the supplier they said there was a three week delay, but they hadn't got round to letting us know. We cancelled the order and came straight to Colglo. The pump was delivered next day and cost £10 less. Now we know where to go in future!
I found all the parts I required on the site quickly and easily. They were delivered within two days of ordering with no additional costs for postage. Brilliant. Thanks a lot. Only minus point, I got dragged into a survey during my visit to the site. This may not have had anything to do with Colglo but I thought it had and as I was pleased with what I had seen on the site I filled it in. Since then every site I visit comes up with a survey screen and I can't stop it happening.
A great site to get harder to find sizes and types of pipe fittings at fair prices. However, I was disappointed by the standard of packaging for shipping - everything unwrapped and loose inside a jiffy envelope. All the threads now have dings in them from bashing against the other parts in transit. Shame.

I searched the web, Colglo were the cheapest and with free delivery on my order. Goods arrived very quickly as well. Would recommend.
Found colglo on a search as I needed some tracpipe and fitting for a small project. They had a selection of cut lengths and off cuts that were exactly what I needed, the fitting selection was also reasonable, and felt it was good value for the money. I was shocked how quickly my order was assembled and dispatched and they provided tracking information immediately. Will use them again in the future.
The only reservation that I have with the company is that there was a long delay (7 days) before the item was posted.

Seen website and found cheapest price on the web well done. Free delivery until end of May great I thought so I ordered it and payed. Next day had an email saying as the item was less than £250 ex-vat that I'd need to pay £50 pallet deliver. I questioned this but was told that due to weight the free delivery didn't apply. I emailed back and said I could get it delivered cheaper elsewhere and was told that the price couldn't be matched. I've since had my money back and ordered elsewhere and its sitting in my house. You really should have a system that adds delivery to an order at time of payment and only advertise a price guarantee if you'll honour it
Ordered a connector to join lead pipe to copper. It is a specialist item and this company was not only considerably cheaper than all the rest but also had a free delivery offer. After I placed and paid for the order on line, I was advised that is was out of stock, but given a delivery date for the following week, This was achieved as promised and I am very happy with the product. I am happy to recommend this company because of the price and service but suggest that if you are ordering a specialist item which is key to your projec, you ring up first to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate despatch.
