I found exactly what I was looking for on their excellent website. I ordered the product by 2nd class post and was charged a very reasonable price for that (unlike many suppliers who add a large premium to to basic postal cost). The product arrived three days later. Excellent. I'd definately use them again and recommend them to anybody..
Ordered and paid for the pump from another online company who then told me they no longer stocked it. This company were superb ordered and dispatched the same day and received the following day, now installed so we now have a quite nights sleep.

What can you say? The water pipe I ordered was just what I wanted, at a price that was fair, and delivered swiftly to my front door. You couldn't ask for more. I've bookmarked the website to order again, later.
The braided hose was 2mm smaller than it was meant to be. When I rang and had it checked by Collister and Glover, the pipe was the correct size. Maybe my stuff had shrunk in the post? Also the sizing on the pipe liners are a little confusing? Maybe when your order 20mm liners you should receive 20mm rather than 15mm. I personally want to buy liners to fit the inside diamension rather than the outside. Bearing in mind the liner is fitting inside??
Colglo offer such a fast and efficient service at very competative prices I find it hard to shop anywhere else for plumbing goods. If I order before about 4pm and ask for next day it does arrive next day. The next day cost is less than fuel and my time to pick the stuff up from our local plumbing merchants. Highly recommend.
The pipe clips were well-described on the website, the order process was straightforward, the prices were reasonable, especially carriage, and the items arrived very quickly - what more can youask for?
I ordered a discontinued water pump to keep in storage as a spare. No other place that I could find was able to supply this particular model. Only 'issue' was an inaccurate website price which was lower than the actual price. However, this price error was explained at the beginning of the enquiry in the first message so is slightly unfair to call it an issue. Would gladly buy from them again.
I found this company when looking for a rare brass tee that no local plumbing merchants stocked. I bought some extra parts because prices were so low. Taps supplied were cheaper than the local catalogue trade counter outlet and half the price. Delivery was cheap and very quick. I look forward to buying more components. Underfloor heating.... Hmmmmm !
