Placed the order on line, recieved several emails to advise order progress. Goods received as scheduled in good condition.
Generally all went well, I did eventually get what I ordered but it took 10 days. Apparently they were waiting for a delivery from one of their suppliers. I didn't find this out until I phoned them to chase the order - there was no email explaining the delay. The man I talked to was very helpful and friendly and explained that the item could not be delivered until the new year - slightly irritating but these things happen. Two hours later I got an automated email telling me the item had been despatched! A good firm that know their products but not that hot at internet trading.
I received the goods the next day. Great product. My only issue was, on the website there was not enough information about each product. Will be using again though, cheers
My only issue was that as i was only after 1 small thing the delivery cost was ridiculous. 4 pounds purchase 7 pounds delivery! I Know I'm not a typical customer, but surely a cheaper delivery should be available for smaller purchases.
Good website and quick delivery. The minimum shipping costs disincent smaller orders.
Having found what I thought would be a suitable item for a project am working on. I placed and order and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size for my requirements. On e-mailing the company I received a reply the same day answering my questions about returning the items. This was not a problem and they confirmed the details I needed to make my return. Although I ended up not making a purchase I can safely say that the quality of the goods provided were excellent. Their customer care is also excellent.
My order arrived three items short - I e:mailed colglo about this 6 days ago and have received only an automated reply (saying someone would be in touch), maybe they'll surprise me over the next few days and make good but on the strength of this experience I could not in good conscience recommend them to anyone ! Following my review on TrustPilot my problem was sorted out very quickly - original 2 star rating replaced with 3.

I had ripped out my bathroom for a complete makeover. The cold water pipes in my house are the old black plastic ones that don't fit anything and are unobtainable. They were originally installed using solvent weld (and requiring a day or more to cure!). I identified the Philmac connector which would allow me to convert the cold water supply from 21mm black plastic to 22mm copper so as to be able to replace the various feeds with 15mm or 22mm. I ordered the connector mid afternoon and the courier put in in my hand at 9.00am the following morning. Minutes later I was working in copper with the problem solved. Ordered tracpipe kit on line after telephone call to get more info, delivered as promised, received prompt response to email question after delivery. No problems, nice and easy, helpful folks.
Recently ordered some Darcy Challenge Bio Task - good price - good service but the drums had no labels on them, there was no MSDS and just one label on the outside of th box. It could be 4 x 5 litre containers of concentrated apple juice if you didn't know the smell of Bio Task.
