Although my Central Heating Pump was working it wasn't as efficient as it aught to be. On looking for a replacement I was told my pump was obsolete and I had to replace with another which they didn't know which. Grundfos advised one of the new Magna I which would require pipe cutting and the installation of new flanges. Colglo came up trumps, they still had some of my old pumps in stock and delivery was good, fitted last weekend with many brownie points from the missus. Another 20 years service like the old one will see me through as far as this house installation is concerned

I ordered, online, a heating pump on tuesday 26th Feb and received delivery Wed 25th. I received immediate updates at all stages of the. process. I had previously spoken to their technical dept and recieived good advice from friendly staff.
They have a good easily navigated website which is backed up by good customer service and communication. Good range of products.
Tried all my usual suppliers for some 2 1/2" stainless weld elbows who either came up with silly prices, or couldn't get hold of the fittings, then after a bit of Googling came across Colglo. Had a few questions which were answered by email in literally minutes. Items I wanted were out of stock, but they got them in and were with me 2 days later! Another site added to my bookmarks!
Started with an on-line order which was easy to select items and add to as & when the items were picked up from the drawings. So, even when an item was repeated the system added them up. Totaled for free delivery - but a paint item was not orderable on-line so rang and the paint item was added for delivery with main order under its own order no. Delivery did not come as quickly as anticipated - no feedback as to availability. On verbally progressing the order I added a further item I had missed, for delivery with the original order. This was charged with a delivery charge which was 186% more than the item ordered! - NOT GOOD! Delivery ought not to have been charged as it was arranged to be, and was, delivered with main order. There is no facility for tracking an on-line order , or an indication that items requested are not in-stock at time of order. I would recommend this Company and commend the correctness of the people I spoke to on the phone.

Collier & Glover have a great website and there are really good people behind it. The ordering process was straightforward and when there were problems with my delivery they could not have been better. More companies should behave like this!

Order placed on the internet, item received within 5 days, even though it was over Christmas. Unfortunately it was the wrong item, a phone call had a replacement on its way with no hassle, but now it was over the new year period, duly received and the incorrect item picked up by the same carrier. Obviously human error in picking the item from stock, but rectified without fuss.
They were well informed with the products they sell, gave good advice and followed it up with return calls. The delivery was quick and service very good. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
