The repair work done was excellent. A great way to bring new life to my clothes! An enhancement would be addition of a tracking number to the customer on dispatch; the company have now said they'll do this for customers in the future.

How lovely was it to recieve great customer service and quality work. My daughters bought me a coat for Christmas and it was huge in fact it looked like a tent on me. Clothes doctor took on the challenge , and I thought “well it couldn’t look any worse”. How delighted I was that they took the time and gave me photo feed back of how it was and how it could look.. well I recieved my coat back today and I’m truly amazed at the craftsmanship my coat fits like it was made for me and I’m now proud to wear it. Chris and her team at clothes doctor are lovely. They made the whole experience personal. They kept me informed and any time I called for any reason they Chris was always happy to explain and action any changes I might have. They also put in extra little keep sakes into the bag when returning. I have 2 pairs of jeans repaired and read your for my holiday. Super happy customer great job Clothes doctor

Prompt communication and easy process but most of all - great work on replacing a full length zipper on my winter coat, not an insignificant job. Will continue to use the service.

Clothes Doctor carried out zipper repairs to 2 large sailing jackets, as well as replacing missing buttons. They have made both jackets usable again, due to their FIRST CLASS service. I cannot recommend them more than enough, absolutely first class repairs, value for money and excellent communications. This team truly needs explote the internet with all mariners and sporting shops for additional business.

A quality service in every way I was so impressed with Clothes Doctor - from start to finish it was a brilliant experience. Not only is the craftsmanship top notch (my dress now fits perfectly!) but everything about the collection / delivery and presentation was very impressive, with love and care in every detail. The prices are very fair and transparent too - excellent value for a premium feeling service without the price tag!

An easy, seamless solution for the digital age in getting alterations and repairs done at a speed just as fast (if not quicker) than a traditional shop. The quality of repairs is bar none; especially on many of my designer items (including what I thought was an impossible repair on a knitted Balenciaga jumper). Will definitely be a repeat customer of this service given they come to you and remove the stress of the traditional alterations service.

Really good and efficient service. The clothes were collected at the specified time and the repairs were expertly and speedily done. It's a great service especially for much loved clothes or for more expensive precious things.
