Love their products! I have been using N0.3 and No. 4 for my silk and cashmere. I was skeptical at first whether it really lift the stains or not when I first applied it on my very old silk scarf which had very old stains on it. Wow, it worked! Since then I use these products for anything delicate. They also smell devine! The service is great too. If you are particular about caring your clothes this is the place to shop.

So the products are more pricey but they last for ages, they actually wash your clothes, the stain removal in particular is good, and the scent from the basil mandarin range is incredible. Best of all, they are eco friendly, made from natural ingredients and are from a company led by women. Highly recommended.

My experience with Clothes Doctor has been mixed. Two dresses I had shortened were awful. The machine stitching was wavy and crooked. That put me off any further clothing alterations...the dresses ended up in the charity shop. I could have done better myself, a lot better. The only reason I didn't do myself was because I was time-constrained. I have had a number of garments' holes repaired all with varying degrees of quality. It seems to depend very much who does it. For this reason, I'm not sure I would use them again for either service. The laundry products are decent enough but rather expensive. I applaud the concept to extend the life of your clothes, but I think they need better-skilled sewers and darners.

I have used the No.2 Signature detergent for a couple of years for my general wash it does a great job and is not highly scented. You need very little of the powder for each wash and the container is recyclable or can be returned for reuse. For my bed linen, I really like the Basil & Mandarin leaf detergent for the lasting aroma. Living by the sea, I am very concious of what goes into the environment and want to reduce my personal impact. If you haven't tried Clothes Doctor, please do, you won't go back.

I use the no 3 for cashmere and the the vanilla and cedar wood spray in a n attempt to keep the moths at bay. It certainly smells a lot better than the chemical moth killers which give me a raging headache. The spray has a secondary use on my kids sports gear which no amount of washing can get rid of that male fuggy smell. The spay works a treat, far better aroma.

Clothes Doctors products are amazing. They are genuinely great at washing clothes, with better results than anything I have used. I especially love the stain remover, which has saved so many items of clothes. They used to say if it's green it don't clean but this is not the case here. Cleans better and is kind to the world.

I’ve repaired a knit jumper and a pair of jeans before, which came back superb! I grew sentimental value even more for these knowing they have been amended carefully - tally worth the investment. I also love the tough love stain remover, it works perfectly with anything.

I would recommend the specific washes such as the cashmere and wool and silk and delicates which are excellent, giving much better results than any branded ones I have tried. The Basil fabric conditioner smells gorgeous and lasts a long time, all beautifully packaged and worth the money as your clothes last longer when they're properly looked after.

I have had a subscription for the anti-moth treatment for several months now. I hate the smell of standard chemical moth treatments. The nicely designed little cotton bags are filled with a mix of herbs which are gentle on my senses but seem to keep the moths away successfully. Friendly and helpful customer service. Recommended.

The products are packaged in aluminium (fully recyclable) tins, ideal for travel as they don't leak or split! The detergents seem expensive, yet because you need to use so little in each wash turn out to be economical. I love the regular No 2 for general washes, but my favourite is the number 3 Eco wash for Cashmere and wool - washes really well, keeps the jumpers soft, and has no nasty residue you get with powders!

I love these products especially for my silk and cashmere garments. The packaging is excellent and the additional care information is really useful.

I have found all the laundry products great to use, leaving clothes fresh. I use a full range for different clothes but especially like the sports clothes one as it’s the first product that makes my running kit smell clean

Ordered on line, received fantastic products that have given me the confidence to use to dispense with moths!!!! Plagued with moths for years and have to dispose of some nice woollen sweaters. Now I can prevent damage to my valuable clothes and have them repaired with confidence with an invisible repair. I’m delighted

Great product delivered really quickly - I use multiple products in this range and recommend them all - Favourite has to be the Eco Baby Wash for delicate cloth’s and underwear leave no residue to cause irritation on the skin its great and smells to nice. I also have the Knitwear Spritz which I love and totally recommend for reviving Knitwear rather than constant washing - If I need to wash Knitwear I use the Cashmere Eco Wash brilliant product.

Incredible products worth every penny. I love them for delicate fabric like silk and wool/cashmere. Also their stain beads are the best I’ve ever seen. Big fan of the metal packaging. 🙏🏼♥️

I’ve tried many other brands but found this one the best. They may not be the cheapest but the quality justifies the value. Also a little goes a long way. The fragrance is divine and clothes are so well cared for. I have no hesitation to recommend this product.
