Good service and great products

I love the basil and mandarin leaf detergent and conditioner and always use them. I’ve recently tried No 3 eco wash for cashmere and wool, which is excellent. My wool socks feel so soft.

Great product and really nice packaging. Given how much I spend on nice clothes I’m really particular about laundry care, and their products really appear to do the trick. We’re practically regulars now, and don’t see ourselves using anything else (though the lack of a strong scent does bother my other half).

I've been using Clothes Doctor now for a few years and it's the only washing liquid and conditioner I now use. It's so effective on cold washes which is how I do my washing - mostly on 20 degrees, sometimes on 30. The powder stain remover is super effective. The products smell lovely. I choose sustainable clothes and bedding, mainly hemp, linen and silk and totally trust the products to support their long life. The thing also to note with the product is the small amount you need to use - took me a while to get used to this.

Prompt service and arrived so well packed. I love the metal bottles, good for the environment and looks smart too. Everything washes clothes so well. I love the cashmere and wool wash as it makes my woolens smell so lovely and lasts too.

I've been using their products consistently since my first time using them. I like their quality, the sustainability of all and just the overall naturalness of it. I slowly expand my stash of the variety of their products as I am learning how to keep my clothing healthier and longer with the right product and way of cleaning them.

I have used the Clothes Doctor for several alterations on fairly old items that I just didn't want to part with. They have always done a fantastic job & given me several years more wear. Better value than using my local drycleaner's repair service

I have been using Clothes Doctor for a few years now. They did an amazing job repairing an expensive down coat which had an unexplained rip close to the zip. I sent it off and the result was incredible. The cost was extremely competitive. They have also repaired. a golf jacket to a high standard. I also subscribe to a subscription box for moth control. This is so convenient as I was always forgetting to renew my moth control. Communication and delivery has been good , no problems. Thoroughly recommend.

The clothes doctor products are excellent. I use the silk and delicates wash for both silk blouses and also silk bedding. The smell is gorgeous and keeps moths etc away. I also use the cashmere and wool wash for my cashmere jumpers again the scent is wonderful. On my last order I had some dealings with customer services and they very helpful and efficient. I also have some of their scent bags which are also excellent.

I buy Clothes Doctor products regularly: the washing and conditioner. I buy the special products such as baby wash as occasional presents, much more practical than yet more "stuff" that people don't need. And the moth prevention products smell really good.

I thought moths were for Victorian novels but apparently not - and they love cashmere 😱fortunately ClothesDoctor came to my rescue and made invisible repairs so can can keep snuggling up in comfy sweaters - love the personal service and the high quality repair, helping my clothes live a longer life

Excellent service. A total joy to work with and most importantly a brilliant and professional job at mending damaged cashmere products. I have used this service several times and will continue to do so in the future. As an added bonus and surprise I liked the careful attention to detail by returning the jumper with a small cedar block.

This is a shout out for the Clothes Doctor products. They smell divine. They leave my walk in wardrobe with a subtle aroma of gorgeousness and protect my cashmere. They always arrive quickly. What’s not to love?

I have recently had my very expensive silk/cashmere socks repaired by the very talented team at the Clothes Doctor. They were beautifully darned so that the hole at the heel was pretty much invisible. The socks are now used has house socks. Clothes Doctor are my go-to clothes repair company.

Amazing wool wash! Clothes smell incredible, plus it deters moths. I had been using another brand of wool wash, and after using Clothes Doctor all the wool fibres were renewed and fluffy, and my jumpers looked like new again.

This is an efficient company, products arrive promptly and are of excellent quality. The moth kit smells great (although not to the moths!), and you don't mind smelling of them when wearing your moth hole free garments.

The fragranced moth sachets smell lovely and last well - no evidence of moths since. Offering a larger refill bag of the contents, so that I can refresh them rather than buying new, would be a good idea.

I've used several of their products and love them. I'd thoroughly recommend them, and love the aluminium recycled bottles. I've had no problem with delivery although my orders are never urgent. I admit they may be expensive for a family, but these days, we all know we wash clothes far too frequently. Wash less and with a good product which looks after your clothes! The cashmere is particularly good. The light scent is fantastic, people often mistake it for my perfume! Anybody whose jumpers have shrunk MUST have used the wrong temperature. I let mine soak and do a gentle handwash and rinse gently in the machine. It always comes out perfectly. It seems to have kept that "new" feel for a nice long time too.
