Purchased drawer liners and 3 scent bags. Order arrived promptly. Goods were in a very oversized box which is such a waste. The products, sadly, are very disappointing, they lack fragrance. The drawer liners lost any smell after a few days.

Clothes Company, have been appalling and when a parcel was delivered by Royal Mail it was thrown over the fence. Photos were supplied before opening and once opened showing several items damaged. I penned an email but unfortunately it did not send, when I realised, sent it but they would not look at it said to late, and when I escalated as a complaint was told that I would need to claim from Royal Mail who are their courier and knowing them will not even get a response. Jamie said if I got a refund and reordered he would send me a free gift!! Really so disappointed as reviews read well, but clearly only when they are getting compliments! Was only wanting the damaged items replacing not whole order, shocking.

Bridget was amazing! On Sunday, she answered an e mail almost immediately and resolved my enquiry (not an issue) forthwith. The regular Clothes Doctor products and service are always excellent and I am thrilled at this Outstanding customer service from a fabulous brand.

Clothes Doctor products are, quite simply, amazing! My moth count has gone from seeing 10-15 a day to the odd 1-2 per week! I couldn't live without the Knitwear Mist and the Clothes Refresh spray and I have the little anti-moth pouches in EVERY wardrobe! I am now going to line all of my drawers with your drawliners as an added protective measure! Not only are your products FABULOUS but your Customer Service is superb - well done CLOTHES DOCTOR!!

I had a query about my order not being received, and within less than an hour I had received a response and had my issue resolved. Amazing customer service. And I love their products too.

I have several of these products and absolutely love them all, especially the Steam Water which has a gorgeous scent. The bottles also look good on the shelf! Delivery has always been efficient and customer service is excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clothes Doctor!

I ordered a box of six woollen clothes sprays as christmas presents last year. Seemed like a nice thing to give people. it is a nice smell in fact. Despite my contacting customer service I did not get a reply about where the order was.. The order finally arrived about two months late. So I will keep them for this christmas. I thought I would use one to see what it is like and the spray has broken after a single try. Tried another one, Spray has broken after single try. Obviously too late to send them back now. Looking at the pictures on the website now looks like the bottle has been upgraded. Will try to find new spray bottles. Update - customer service have been in touch but I still need to spend £12 on new spray heads.. hmmm

They never bothered to respond to my repair request quote. They did however sign me up to their spam newsletter which was fantastic!

I love my basil and mandarin liquid detergent and conditioner. I would definitely continues with my purchase in the future. My skin has been so sensitive to other wash products. this ideal if you have sensitive skin or psoriasis (well it worked for me)

I asked Clothes Doctor to perform a collar turning on a much loved shirt. The work performed by Ellie was excellent and I am delighted with the result.

Have been purchasing The Clothes Doctor products for many years now, starting with the No.5 Sports wear product. I now use Clothes Doctor products for all laundry (No.3, 4, 5, 13 for specific items and Basil and Mandarin Leaf detergent and fabric condition for general use). I choose Clothes Doctor products not only because they are very effective, but they are environment friendly (including packaging) and have a lovely scent. Highly recommended.

Superb products - everything I have ordered has arrived fast and beautifully packed, and has worked - and I love the various scents. I have recommended various items to friends who have also been delighted. And I love the spray containers, which are smart and also recyclable.

I bought scent bags for my wardrobes and shelves after I noticed my clothes were being decimated by moths. The bags smell lovely and I haven't noticed any new holes, so am happy and will keep buying them. I'm also using the knitwear mist on my jumpers. Thanks

The only option for moth free clothes and so easy to use and protect them. Also chemical free and safe. I cannot believe how effective it is.

I have used several product from Clothes Doctor and have been delighted with my purchases. The Knitwear spray is a firm favourite of mine and leaves my campers wit such a lovely fragrance. I highly recommend.

Brilliant company to deal with . Excellent delivery , only ever had one problem with an item not arriving and a replacement was dispatched as soon as the item was confirmed as lost , no fuss just very good customer service. Always packaged well in cardboard boxes. And the products !!! smell great and work !!!

This is the first time I have used Clothes Doctor and I was really pleased with their services. I asked them for their help repairing holes in a poncho. Ellie at CD was great from the outset and kept me updated on progress with the mending. I was super pleased when my poncho came back and looked as good as new.

I am really delighted with my Clothes Doctor products. I love the fact that they are safe for the environment and cruelty free - but I also love how they leave my clothes looking, feeling and smelling. My woollen clothes have never felt softer. The clothes spritz is great - we have four rescue dogs and use a quick spray of the spritz on our clothes before we go out so that a feint doggy smell doesn't go with us!!

Excellent service and I just love the product. I use the Knitwear mist and the eco detergent and find the subtle scents are lovely.
