Sent a cashmere jumper with a very large hole – the jumper is very old and worn but I simply love it and wanted the hole darned just to prevent it from tearing any further so I could wear it for warmth - I didn't think it was possible to rescue it aesthetically. I was very pleasantly surprised by the repair Clothes Doctor did – the repair was almost invisible so the jumper still looks good! Normally I'd try and do a job like this locally but the only place I can find in London that offers darning is eye-wateringly expensive so I was delighted to find Clothes Doctor. They also reduced a king sized duvet into a double and repaired the lining of a jacket - both well done. Found it easy to use the service - send some pics and get a quote via email, they send you a Collect+ label and you send off your parcel. Takes a couple weeks so not one for quick repairs - but if you can wait they do an excellent job.

I been using these products for over a year and they’re fantastic. My clothes are not just clean but are well cared for after washing too. I originally thought they were a bit pricey but they last forever and I save loads of money because my clothes last longer. My favourites are the cashmere care products. Effective, smell great and eco. I even bought some for my boss for her birthday and she loved them.

Absolutely wonderful brand and my go to for everything related to moth control / and delicate clothes washing and even for cashmere repair.

I have bought several products now, not only the washing liquid and fabric conditioner but also the AMAZING scent bags which make our wardrobes smell beautiful. The packaging if fab, the smell of the laundry products devine and they work. So happy to have found these products.

Love these products. They all smell amazing. I bought a range of the various clothes washing liquids and it feels good to be using eco products that also clean well. I am praying the spray to protect against moths does the trick. So far so good. To find an anti moth product does not stink of strong chemicals is such a relief. Nice packaging too and ultra fast delivery.

I have bought the liquid and powder detergents and rate them very highly. Plus I love the natural fragrance rather than the chemical smells of the big detergent producers. Their No 13 knitwear mist is also lovely to use and I would not be without it when storing my winter woolens.

I tried the samples sizes for the sports wash and cashmere wash - loved it so much I have invested in the large versions plus silk and spray. Everything has washed really well (I’ve used by hand and in the machine); all sprayed, smelling lovely and ready for putting away until next winter! That is once I’ve put the darning kit to good use!!

I found the anti moth bags so effective I signed up for a subscription so I refresh them every three months in my sweater drawers and boxes and although I still see moths in the house I haven’t had a single damaged garment since I started using them!

Have been buying laundry detergents from Clothes Doctor for a while now and they are amazing! They smell lovely with a smell that is not overpowering. And they clean my clothes well. Additionally, Clothes Doctor's customer service is excellent and whoever I have spoken to has always been really nice.

I have had a history with Clothes Doctor since buying initially. Looking at the reviews I remember I too had a long delay in delivery but when I enquired I had a swift reply and my order had just not cleared the website. I was a bit miffed to miss the offer which was time sensitive so tried other brands which I didn't like as much. I returned to buy ALL the washing products and a couple of others as it does a better job (albeit a little more expensive) than any other eco brand I have tried. I like Aluminium instead of plastic as it is energy efficient to recycle and keeps the product safe from my cat who knocks everything off! The conditioner is the only one I have ever been tempted to use and do launder sheets for guests with it as it smells lovely. In short, locally made gets me every time. Keep money washing round to stimulate The local economy which cannot live on tourism alone. I'd rather my money goes on holiday to Cornwall than the Caymans.

Love everything about this company. Their products smell divine and wash really well..I have tried them all except the baby wash because we don’t have a baby but I truly recommend everything. The speed of delivery was fantastic and the packaging is perfect

Ordered the No5 Eco Wash for Sportswear. With many outdoor pursuits sometimes the kit doesn’t smell quite as fresh once washed. This product has an amazing scent and cleaning power. Gone are the repeat wash cycles to eliminate lingering odours. Highly recommended. Product arrived packaged well, bottle intact/no dents. Everything fully recyclable which is important in our household.

The no 3 cashmere wash is amazing. My cashmere smells great and keeps its size and shape. So much better than any other cashmere laundry product.

I love these products - I swear the No 3 Eco Wash for Cashmere and Wool makes my jumpers look better than before the wash, with a lovely smell. Also the No 2 Eco Wash Signature Detergent, which cleans well at a low temperature, with no smell at all. All this AND Clothes Doctor are paying attention to the environment. Thank you.

I have used the repair service many times, for holes in sweaters, holes in jackets and rips in jeans. The repairs are brilliant- works of art! - and the online process simple to follow. I thoroughly recommend The Clothes Doctor.
