We received a broken component on an almost 3k floor scrubber. Manufacturer sent us wrong replacement (took a month or so) Then on Feb 21 was issued a new order for correct part. Still not arrived and no tracking information. I was refunded a small portion for the inconvenience. But I have a piece of equipment I cannot use that I purchased 3 months ago!!
Fast delivery. Good products
6 weeks and still waiting for my order. I know that Cleanfreak researched this and said my order was shipped from the manufacturer and that it was damaged in shipping. This does not negate the fact that most products are drop shipped by Cleanfreak. I found the same products from another source and had them in 4 days and they were 20% less in cost. I wont be using Cleanfreak to source my chemicals anymore after I receive the last of my order thru them.

Terrible experience was sold a used shampooer at new price. When item was received it was broken, called in to complain about it , they suggested that I forward a photo of plug not connected at base , I have yet to hear back from the lady who I spoke with. (Bad experience people beware of bad business like this
