Delivery is fast. I own a commercial cleaning company and I’ve ordered multiple machines from cleanfreak and all have been really good. My recent purchase is a battery powered trusted clean Dura 20 auto scrubber Extremely heavy !!!! But it does a nice job. Getting in and out of my trailer is tough and I have a ramp. I also have a trusted clean Dura 18 corded machine and a trusted clean 20 inch floor stripper/buffer. All have been great. I wish you would give free shipping with a certain dollar amount spent. Or a rewards program would be nice. My friend also has 3 trusted clean Dura 18 machines and is very happy with them as well. Thanks clean freak. Good machines make the job easier.

Handle was bent when unpackaged and made install very difficult. I was able to straighten close enough to complete install only to find that sprayer nozzle holder on handle was also bent and needed to be straightened.
The product I ordered came in as needed they shipped what they had and rest a few days later good job
