I am new to this business and I needed guidance from my sales rep on what is the best machine and products to buy for my size of jobs. The machine suggested is underpowered for the heavy jobs I need to clean. I tried to exchange the machine for a more powerful one and I was told it would be that I would have to pay 20% restocking fee, shipping of the product back and forth and would have to wait for this item to be returned before you ship the new product I was willing to pay for. Since then, I have decided to expand and I have three new units from another company on the way with 3 separate full orders of cleaning product. In my eyes, if your company would have been a little more flexible, you would have gained a lot more business from me.
