The issue I have is with the partnership Cleanfreak have with the Triad service center. This company is unprofessional and don’t stand behind their work. They have charged me with 3 service calls worth over $1100 and my unit still is not fixed the customer service team is arguing with me about my complaint and harassing me to pay them. This is the worst service company I’ve ever experienced! If this is the type of service company Cleanfreak partners with I will never purchase cleanfreak products again. Excellent customer service!! Small defect in hose due to shipping. Cindy responded immediately and had the defected part replaced and in the mail very quickly. Great carpet cleaning machine! (Mytee 2002CS) So glad I purchased. Thanks Cleanfreak!

First of all it is a great product. I've used my machine several times to clean my hardwood floors. Additionally, I also ordered sanding pads and am going to transform my kitchen floor. People that I've spoken to (from your company) have all been helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thanks CleanFreak!

The directions on the defoamer are unclear. Do I use the 2.5 oz of defoamer only mixed with water. Or do I use my own cleaning solution and pour the defoamer on the ground and suck it up with the floor scrubber cleaner I have the 17" wired floor scrubber..

Shipping time was way out of what I expected but Lucas Wood made the wait worth it. He corresponded with me several times and explained what was going on. Great experience with him.

I used Clean Freaks for the first time to tidy up the inside of my 2011 F150 for summer travel. They did an excellent job! They cleaned areas I could never get to. They were careful with personal belongings, cords etc. They finished on time and at a competitive cost. Looks markedly better than any car dealer would do for resale. I love supporting local/young and honest entrepreneurs. Highly recommend
