The machine is great but came on a flimsy pallet which was trashed on delivery. We ordered a case of cleaner with it and it never arrived. They said they would ship it out right away but still nothing has arrived and now you’re not answering my emails. The unit is useless without the cleaner.

I ordered the product on January 29, 2024. They immediately billed my card for the total purchase amount. The product did not come and did not come. I had to contact them and they explained it was on back order. This was not explained at first. They gave me a potential shipping date. It did not arrive. Again I had to call and try and find out what was happening. We are now at the end of February. It has still not arrived. They gave me another shipping date, again much later. It did not arrive. Again I had to call and they explained it is on back order and gave a potential shipping date, pushed out additional weeks. Nothing arrived so the middle of March I contacted them again and again was told the date was pushed out until the end of March. I replied stating if they knew this and that there was such a problem why did they not explain that at the beginning and why did they charge me for the product, when they did not even have it to sell. Finally when I reminded them they had charged me for the item TWO months ago and It had never been shipped, that most companies do not bill until they ship a product, the device arrived around a week later. It did take two months to get here and it seemed had I not kept bothering them and asking questions I might still be waiting for the machine.

The warranty process sucks! There's no local service provider that can service the equipment, they ask you to repair it with a email they give you or send it back to them. As a service provide I don't have time to send it back to them nor try to repair something under warranty. I've only had this product for less than 1 year. This is not a good sign. I own the 14" Reliable.
