Product shipped in a timely manner, but communication was not existent. Never received a response back about tax exemption and had to initiate communication with XPO to arrange delivery/pickup.

I accidentally stumbled on cleanfreak.com looking for 20' burnishing pads for a high speed burnishing machine. We didn't have the correct pads where I work. So I ordered a case of 5 for a little over 30 dollars which is an incredible price! Clean freak is my new go to site for cleaning supplies!
I have only received the Defoamer 2.5 gal. I had a call from the shipping company explaining they had accidentally destroyed my shipment and would report the lost to Clean Freak for replacement! Still waiting for the Cleaner. Thank you Mike Carriere
