Fast shipping Brand new products in box
I purchased your stone floor polish hoping to make my granite floors in our theater more shiny. IO followed the directions and started in a secluded space. Unfortunately several hours after the polish had dried, it became cloudy making the floors look terrible. I contacted the company who recommended applying the polish again but use less. The cloudiness got worse. The company was going to research the problem and get back to me which they never did. My granite is Black Galaxy,

They sold us a used and broken machine. They tried to pretend it was new by repackaging it but forgot to take the dirty water out of it. They have not refunded or replaced it neither and it is really expensive! They received our money and we received a used and broken machine. Horrible customer service as well.
User friendly service
It took a little bit to get the tax exemption to go through, but other than that once the order was placed the product was received very quickly.
I had ordered a new squegee for my floor machine. The wrong one was ordered. It has now been one month and and I still don't have replacement. It took 2 weeks to discover I had wrong product. I should have known better because the one received fit but was much more heavy duty and would not pick up the water. On top of that, I have had to pay out almost $2,000 for the parts and in order to expedite the order for the correct product I had to pay upfront. I won't receive my credit on wrong one until they get it back. It has been a week and the new squeegee still hasn't switched. It sure does make it difficult to not have your floor machine for over a month. Just frustrated...
