When I received the first Broom head it was messed up, but the company instantly made it right when I emailed them the photos of the bristles being messed up due to the packager wrapping the invoice around the bristles with tape. I received my replacement within 3 business days! I did email them on a Friday so I definitely did not expect to get it in today, which is a Wednesday! Thank you for making it right. Oh, by the way, their prices beat the competitors when it comes to these broom heads and poles. Thank you!!

Ability to find Lysol Power Foamer is the only product I like for my shower. It cleans great and rinses off really well but I couldn’t find it in the stores anymore. They have a pump version but it’s difficult to use because of my arthritis. Great price as well.
