We have recently renewed our H&S, HR contract with Citation and decided to upgrade, having a Risk Assessment Review Day in addition to the annual main review. David Harber couldn't have been more patient and professional making the experience exactly as we had hoped.
Crooks. Tie you into contracts that are never ending. Don't inform you when your contracts up for renewal then tie you in for another 6 years with astronomical exit fees!!! don't waste your time and money. There platform is below average and response times should you need assistance are slow.

Needed the ISO tab added to my platform ASAP as i was in the middle of a GAP analysis. Spoke to Tom Beckett who was helpful and engaging. He was a pleasure to speak to and i would be happy to gain if i came across another issue.
Had our first site visit with Richard Pearce. Richard was very thorough and pointed out where we can make improvements. This is our first support visit and our first impressions are very good.
I rang Citation looking to make up teams for training. Tom Beckett took the call and we ended up sharing screens, as he took me through running reports. He was very good but it was all so fast, I missed some detail. Tom said he would send me a recording of our session, I got notification of the recording but sadly could not view it. I will return to this subject again very soon and I will have a better understanding when I speak with the help team again.
