Tom Beckett was brilliant at solving the issue I had on Atlas that prompted me to call the helpline. He made sure that I understood how to fix the issue myself in future and also showed me some useful tips that I wasn't aware of!

We had our first audit as had recently signed up to Citation for our H and S. Chris Warner was very informative and gave us lots of useful info in terms of sign posting.

We have recently had a full day risk assessment support session delivered by Christian Warden which included training on how to transfer our current Risk Assessments over to the Atlas Platform. This session was delivered in easy to understand steps and once again Christian`s knowledge and guidance was invaluable. He is not just an asset to Citation, his support is an asset to us as a business.
We have been advised and helped by Citation, and particularly Dean, over the last few weeks. The advice, professionalism and support we have received has been magnificent. We could not have managed the whole process over these few weeks without them. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We signed up with our company with Citation for around 84 months. Whenever we needed their help their response time was far from adequate. So after 5 years we have left and are saving the money. Sadly as we leave they said they had sent us all the info we had in their Atlas system . BUt far from it. some vital contracts and correspondence is missing and guess what again its taking AGES to receive anything. Formal complaint next then we go to solicitors. We have a legal duty to keep the info for a number of years. They say they are expediting the process, similar to what i was told yesterday and at the start of the week. I would imagine Citation are just very understaffed. Still nothing back. Also found reviews on this company from employees on Indeed which are worth looking at.
