Alex Balogh came to our premises to assist us with our Health & Safety compliance checks, and from start to finish he was very patient and detailed with us. He went through areas of the Atlas portal that we were unaware of, and he explained everything to us in a helpful and informative way. I would certainly recommend anyone to have Alex as their Health & Safety Consultant, if they are fortunate enough to get the chance.
If your business is based in London then Citation is so under resourced that you won't ever be able to get an appointment with a consultant, your client success manager is too occupied OR no one checks in to see how everything is going. Atlas (the platform itself) is so not user friendly and forever breaks. We can't even open any HR documentation such as contracts and handbooks. Our client success manager has even left citation yet no one has got in touch to let us know. If you are looking for an all in one platform I would go elsewhere as its clearly an under resourced organisation with a lack lustre approach yet they tie you into extremely long contracts selling you 'a dream'.
What started off with a question about holidays ended up with a sharing of knowledge about how I can utilise Atlas Citation's portal even more than we currently do. Tom Beckett is clearly very knowledgeable and pitched it right as he quickly understood what I used within the system. Very useful and helpful. Thanks!!

Scammers! We started our company in 2019 and signed a long-term contract for ten years due to being pushed to take it so that we could get cheaper price. Unfortunately, our domiciliary care services began to decline as we primarily cared for end-of-life clients. When those clients passed away, we struggled to keep up with payments, especially with no new clients coming in. As everyone in the industry knows, it’s chaotic trying to secure new clients in domiciliary care. They took us to court for the remaining years of the contract and are now demanding £28,000 from a company already struggling. To make matters worse, the bailiffs have been coming to our home instead of the office, making threatening demands to close our business as instructed by Citation. I have ring doorbell footage of all their visits, and they even shout at our reception staff when they come to the office, screaming about the £28,000 owed. Citation completely ignored our struggles and never offered any support, despite the fact that we referred four customers to them between 2019 and 2022.
