We had a H&S visit from Alan, in which he was really knowledgeable in talking all things H&S especially to someone who hasn't has much prior experience working in H&S (myself!). We had Atlas system training with Tom and he was very thorough and had lots of useful advice and trouble shooting ideas to share. Really effective session and felt we had gained some great knowledge.
We had a similar experience with Citation as other posters on this site. We contracted Citation for HR services in 2021 and signed a 3 year contract. We never received a signed copy of this contract. We tried to terminate the contract in 2022. As the settlement amount was substantial, we had to continue to the end of the contract despite not using their services. At the natural end of the contract, Citation informed us that they considered the contract to have auto renewed for a further 3 years and we needed to provided 6 months notice. Their sales team did not disclose this when discussing the initial terms. This sort of information should be included in the body of the main contract, rather than buried in terms and conditions. In addition, we had no correspondence from them regards extending the contract. Citation are using completely unreasonable contractual terms to try to tie us into additional 3 years for a service we don’t use and didn't use for years.
Citation have been important asset to our business over several years. When we initially signed up I was concerned regrading the monthly fee, length of contract, etc.. Now I feel its been worth every penny as our business has expanded, The advise line it their ready when you need it and the on-demand advisers are incredibly knowledgable potentially saving you from disaster.
Tom was knowledgeable and made the subject matter interesting and easy to understand. He taught us how to use Atlas extensively in our industry for Health and safety. We can now navigate Atlas comfortably. Excellent job!
Grace provided outstanding support and effectively resolved the issues we were experiencing. She took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and guided us on how to resolve it. Not only that, but she also stayed on a call with me to walk through the process step by step, ensuring everything was handled correctly. Exceptional service!
