Completed our Fire Risk Assessment today with Citations Lee Tunnacliffe - Absolutely fantastic service given, with great responses to any questions asked. Previously we have 'suffered' by dealing with inspectors simply ticking boxes, whilst giving no real assistance and leaving causing numerous (unneeded) problems to deal with. This is something that certainly did not happen today, a great inspector with good knowledge and a common sense approach given where necessary.
Glenn was excellent and has an easy going nature giving tips and advice wherever it was needed. The process of our audit was very smooth and was not onerous at all.
Today's meeting with Richard was truly enjoyable. He is a very kind and helpful person to work with.

Insightful citation navigational skills critical to providing improvement for employee engagement and optimize operations making sure we adhere to the compliance for employment laws. Today we had our H&S visit from Errol, Wow what great visit as he was really knowledgeable in talking all things H&S and helped us start our journey to be on the right path, we was very patient and understanding especially to someone who hasn't has much prior experience doing H&S. He was more than happy to answer any questions even how stupid they sounded!! I look forward to working with him further and to getting our business to a great standard in compliance! We have been with Citation now for 5 years and can't fault the support and information that they provide our business with. We recently had an issue with closing the Year End for 2024 and Marie (Atlas Support) advised there was a slight bug in the system at the moment. Marie kept me up to date on this and when the issue had been resolved, which was within a couple of days.
Beware! - Deceitful auto-renew process which ties you in for the same period as your initial contract - no communication prior to auto-renew - ridiculous requirement of notice period of 6 months prior to auto-renew - no communication or customer service contact prior to hitting the 6 month deadline - auto-renew not flagged or highlighted - despite inheriting the Citation services when we acquired our purchased company we have never used their services or had any contact from them in the last 2 years - 'auto-renew terms' hidden in small print. Not within the 'ending the contract' terms or 'notices' clauses but under 'The Services' which I believe is another tactic to mislead the customer We cancelled the DD and have now received a solicitor letter from them to claim arrears.
Just completed the onboarding training with Darell over Teams, he helped me understand and showed me how to best use the features of the Atlas system, and how to utilize the system to get the most from our team at our Club.
