Called Citation today as I needed to add my staff on for the first time. Tom answered the call and this turned into a zoom shortly after when he realised that I did not set up things correct , he explained that it would be better for me to gain the understanding if we shared the screen. Tom was so helpful and made the whole process easy to understand . He resolved my issue within 20 mins , thank you Tom .

I can't award a 5 star as yet as we've only completed the first of three onboarding sessions. However, Tom Beckett was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything comprehensively - was impressed!
