We have Citation for a number of years, for HR and H&S issues. Advisors are always helpful with good advice & guidance. The only issue I have is, on occasions, when we have a on-going employee case, it is not always possible to speak to the same advisor on the phone for each stage of the case. Which is way I reviewed a score of 4 out of 5
I had a fantastic experience speaking with Jay over the phone. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Catherine, who went through everything with me was excellent. The only reason for a 4 not 5 start rating was that despite operating a 100% remote working business for 5 years, Citation sent somebody to our registered offices and getting the Teams call scheduled was a bit of a mission. Other than that the service from Catherine was excellent.
St Anne's Court residential care home had a fire risk assessment completed. Lee Tunnacliffe visited our home. He was very helpful and very informative, Lee took time to answer any questions I asked him, he was very informative. His kind and friendly manner made the staff and residents feel comfortable. thank you Lee for your support
I agree with other people. I approached them with a one off enquiry and the salesperson said he could only answer my query if I signed up for 7 years. My business closed after 3 years, but still had to pay a settlement for 50 months after my business shut. Do not be conned by their sales pitch, there is no consideration for a small companies. The reality is I did not need this on going service, but they told me I did. Avoid them at all costs.

I was having some issues with citation and the lovely Tom Beckett was able to not only resolve them but to also give me a mini lesson on using citation effectively without giving him any notice. This not only is going to improve the efficiency of the business but also make my life a little easier. Thanks Tom I would highly recommend you.

Annual external office Health & Safety review was completed today. Attending Consultant was Errol Adams. Errol was very thorough with his site inspection, very knowledgeable and able to offer advice in areas where needed. Overall very happy with the service and support of Citation as well as the assistance of Errol.
Lee was very helpful and informative. He came up with solutions to help with compliance and different scenario's. Very helpful indeed!
I had a training session yesterday with Marie who was amazing! Prior to this training session, employees were not utilising the platform and quite frankly, i thought it was a waste of money and didn’t see the benefits and was going to cancel the contract. I called in to ask a question and my query was handled by Marie. Following this, she booked in a training session to walk me through the platform. I feel so much more informed and can really see the benefits of using it. She was extremely patient with me and soo helpful. Thanks Marie😊
Be very careful with invoices as i feel they have made a total mess of ours. If i could give a -star, I would When we started we paid for the setup and then we would pay for an annual audit upfront for the following year and so on. One year we had to pay 6 invoices as they told us we were behind couldn't prove as we swapped banks. On the last phone call i had we were told now we are paying a year behind not upfront (no body gives a full years service then charges at the end of it ???)
