Hello, I just received my Inaudible/Invisible vinyl. How disappointed I was as a long time Chillhop fan when I saw that the sleeve was damaged. Note that the package is not damaged and that the sleeve was not protected by a plastic sleeve. It is the second time that I receive a vinyl with this kind of damage (same place on the sleeve as last time) from your shop. I have pictures for proof.

This shipment came in insanely quick!! Everything looked beautiful and clean, havent gotten a chance to play any of the reacords but I didnt see any damage with packaging so Im sure they are fine!

Chillhop is so responsive that Ben answered my email on the New Year's Day holiday! Answered my question and thought of a great solution I had not considered.

When my poster arrived damaged by the transport, they sent me a new one free of charge!

Aside from the fact that I love their products, this company is great! First, their shipping is super fast. Along with that, their customer service is amazing!! They are quick to answer emails, and they try their very best to help with any issue you may have.

My records came a lot earlier than expected and they were in good shape as well.

I'm glad that Chillhop revived the PenPaws again but the cards arrived here a day after Christmas. I realised back in 2020 that most people don't actually send out the cards and just keep them (so far for this year I have only received one card from five designated PenPaws) so I think it's becoming free cards rather than pen pals. Thankfully at least we were able to donate a dollar to charity (and that also changed which countries the PenPaws were from 2023 vs 2020..) Anyhow, I love Chillhop Music, their lofi music and furry characters! Hope to see more of them in 2024.

I want to give Chillhop 5 stars. I’m a huge fan and avid listener of their music. The wait time did not meet my expectations. I placed this order in August and only got it now however I added a star back because customer service surpassed my expectations and took the time to explain the issue they were having with a supplier. I hope that they start sending order update notifications when they’re having supplier issues and extended wait times.

First of all the friendliness and speed of response, everyone is always available and kind, and when there is a problem they solve it immediately with the best solution, Ben and David are really great!! In addition to the really beautiful music, the graphics and drawings are also really beautiful!!

Always great!!! I had a few issues with one of my orders but I contacted customer support and Ben was perfect he answered all of my questions took care of the problem and had no more issues. The music is always excellent, the package is great, and there is no damage to the products.

Been ordering now since 2018 and it's been great, the contact with Ben and the other people at the company is great. The delivery of product, the communication through mail and the quality of the vinyl's is stunning. I will keep ordering every edition.

Everything was great and without any problems. I just want to know how long it takes to deliver the packages. I didn't got any information about that. Thats why I only choose 4 stars instead of 5.

Great music, great communiation, only bad thing is that the vinyl is pressed with much delay after its official publication on Spotify.
