Excellent service and wonderful staff! I reached out asking when their Annual Essential collection for 2024 would be for sale this year. I received a prompt response informing me that while I had missed the preorder this past December, they had retained a few copies and would be happy to do me a favor and sent me an invoice for the 2024 series. My husband and I loved getting the seasonal essentials throughout this past year and I'm sure this upcoming set will be just as enjoyable!

Everything was great, however one of my pictures had some fold marks in it (maybe rolled a little carelessly). Vinyls I ordered are flawless though!

After almost a month of waiting I was really looking forward to receiving my order today! But when I put each record on my player ALL of them skipped like crazy out of the box.
