Issue with my original order only being partially fulfilled and what arrived was damaged, but they fixed it completely and the replacements arrived literally less than 24 hours after I raised it, so zero complaints and five stars. Mistakes happen sometimes, but they go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your order and will want to buy from them again

There was a problem regarding sizing discrepancies with my order and customer service knocked it out of the park with how accommodating they were! Quality merch that feels nice. (purchased hoodies) Couldn’t be happier!

What an amazing company to deal with! I had a problem with an album that was bought for a birthday present and Ben with whom I had been liaising could not have been more helpful. The albums are brilliant and beautiful too and make excellent gifts. Great confidence in the albums and support if you need it.

I have been ordering Chill Essentials releases since 2018 and have amassed quite a collection at home. The attention to detail in the vinyl cover art pieces is absolutely amazing, the selected songs are always a good mix of different chillhop subgenres so it keeps the albums nice and varied! After having the first issue concerning a download link, I contacted support and got a response the next morning and it was all fixed. Great support, great music, fantastic bunch of people! Highly recommend!

The package was received empty as if someone opened it in transit. Ben was really and responsive and issued me a refund for the missing item. Another suggestion would be for the art prints to be put into card board envelopes to prevent damage.

Art prints came out great and customer service was amazing and super understanding when there was shipping issues and went out of their way to make sure that my products were delivered .
