Fast and reliable delivery
Ordered some posters and a couple of badges. They all arrived promptly, but unfortunately the posters had been creased. I sent an email to Ben, who had already got in touch to thank me for the order. He quickly resolved the issue by having replacement posters sent out - and these arrived in perfect condition. Thanks a lot Ben & Chillhop Racoons!

The vinyl was beautiful and great customer service, it shipped very fast.
The warehouse had accidentally sent me the wrong vinyl (Summer 2023 instead of Autumn 2024). I reached out and Ben responded to my inquiry in a timely manner. I was very grateful for his help. The issue was immediately resolved and I got the correct vinyl in a couple of days. Excellent music and excellent customer service!
I saw a post on YouTube advertising that you guys do physical releases. I got excited and ended up ordering 3 of them. It got here super quick, it was in good condition. Over all I'm super happy and look forward to the winter release.
The delivery was quick, in a great shape and quality but some of the overhang tape was a bit loose when first putting it in - which gladly isn't a problem :)
They kept me updated about my order and gave me a tracking number for the courier. They were quick and efficient.

Even after a recent order mixup (my fault, not theirs), Ben provided quick and helpful customer service and my order was somehow delivered in 2 days from the Netherlands to Los Angeles.
