I love the Chillhop content available on YouTube, but I’m old school and like to own physical copies of my music library, so I was excited to see I could purchase cds on the website. Arrived super fast with DHL from the Netherlands!! Only negative is the bag that was used was trashed by the time I got it. No damage to my order though, so it all worked out. The beats are great for focusing on the CAD work I do. I’d like to look into using some of this music on a video for our shop. Thanks Chillhop Raccoons!

The wrong 4 albums were shipped to me. When I tried to contact the website shop, I got no reply. UPDATE: Seller had replied to original messages but somehow it was hidden in my inbox. After a brief exchange of messages, seller sent the correct 4 albums at no charge and allowed me to keep the incorrect ones, as well. Seems as if there was originally some mistake behind the scenes but the team was friendly and generous in resolving the issue, so I am updating my review to reflect a 5-star experience (even w the initial mistake).

I have been a Chillhop customer for 4 years now. Previously orders would get lost in mail or sometimes arrive 2 months later on South Africa. Sometimes the orders would be completely wrong with no explanation whatsoever. I stopped ordering for this reason. But when I saw 2016 stock, I could not stop myself from buying. 7 days was all it took for the vinyls to be delivered by DHL. Wow!!!! What an improvement in service

Bought records from Chillhop before because they've got great music! Had a record missing from an order and sent out an e-mail, was messaged back by David Reeves within a day and had a new one sent out no problem. Very polite and quick to resolve issues!
