Ben and the staff are AWESOME. The like 2 times I hit them up because a shipping company messed up a vinyl (not Chillhop's fault at all!), they immediately went above and beyond to fix it. Never anything but a highly positive customer experience, and hey, the music's pretty great too.

The tracking from overseas was effective and so was delivery. It was left on the bed of a truck but that’s not chillhop fault, that’s the delivery provider. Thankfully the items were not damaged in transit and I love my vinyl record!

First and the most important thing, that Chillhop music can disconnect me from the world. It's really calm me down. Just put some CH in, led lights on, lay down on the couch (maybe having some warm coffee or chocolate) and I'm chilled enough. Raccoon and his nice little friends really knows what they doing. The second, I want to thank to all of the music artists, everybody who's making the drawings and animations, everybody who's dealing, collecting and preparing the merch orders, and a big thanks to Ben, who's really helpful if a problem emerging (which happens very rarely).
