Everyone on the Chillhop team that I've talked to have been nothing but kind and patient! They are probably tired of hearing from me about all the shipping issues I've had with the vinyl records I've bought in the past year, but they are always quick to respond and happy to send a new one at no cost to me. My package came in badly damaged from DHL. David not only sent out a brand new one he did it before even seeing the pictures I’d sent showing the damage. Excellent customer service to a long time buyer.

Excellent customer service that always goes above and beyond. Had issues with a download card and had to ask for a new download code for the newest essentials album. Got the new code from Ben overnight. Great music and great people - what’s not to love!?
My cassette tape broke as soon as I put it in my player, which was a huge bummer. After contacting Chillhop, they asked me to provide some pictures and I did and then they sent me a new tape! I can't wait to receive it. I felt like the person who wrote to me was respectful and gave good service.
