I've ordered from Chillhop before and got my shipment, well-packaged and in a very timely manner (from Europe to the U.S.!). My most recent order was lost in shipment but it was resolved very satisfactorily with a replacement quickly shipped free of charge! I'm very pleased with Chillhop (love their music!) and am looking forward to picking up some more merch in the future.
