I've always loved their products. All my orders so far have arrived in pristine condition. Recently I've had trouble with an order I made a few months ago. Decided to send them an email to see if there was any problems with it.. They responded quickly and found out that there were some complications and that they would replace my order free of charge. Great experience from an amazing company!

The prints are lovely but they don't match the size description. If I order a A3 print I expect the actual print to be A3 not an A3 paper with a bold white frame that's not even equally broad on the sides. It didn't fit in an A3 frame with passepartout which is a shame...

I emailed chillhop about some questions I had about a new vinyl I had bought and the response time was fantastic plus they were so helpful with their emails. If anybody has any doubts about chillhop, take it from me, this is the best company I've ever come across.

I ordered the vynal Chillhop Essentials Summer and Winter 2018 and all I can say is WOW WOW! The record colors are amazing and the sound is fantastic. And the customer is A-1! I had a problem with my order and emailed customer service. Ben quickly responded and resolved my problem.
