Professor McNeal is the absolute best! He teaches in a manner that encourages you to learn. He answers all questions fully allowing you to understand the process. Each chapter that he introduced he explains fully and does not proceed until he is assured everyone has an understanding of the subject matter being presented. We laughed, shared and learned as a group. The classroom environment was open, friendly and very comfortable.

Great Class. Danette is very knowledgeable and approachable. Pushed our class to study more and apply ourselves on a daily basis. Gave examples that applied to our curriculum. Great experience. Great setting and I hated for class to end.

The class was great. Although it was all Saturday, which can be considered a drag, Frank made the class interesting and kept everyone engaged. Would highly recommend this class with Frank as the professor.

Hi, my name is shakyrah the course was good, but I feel like I haven't really learned anything. If anyone ask me something about real estate I would not know. Frank was an excellent teacher but he's older, so he would go off into stories from 1912 about real estate but it wouldn't make sense to me. Their was no comparison. I need some extra help with this course because I want to feel confident when I take my state board exam. I paid 600 dollars and I know nothing is their anything that can be done?

Thank you CRES and Frank for the class! Frank is a wealth of knowledge and breaks things down so easy. He is straight to the point on what to focus on and even gives you suggestions on what to read to better prepare you for your career in real estate. Kim and Scott were super responsive when I had questions and needed to switch out a class day. Haven't taken test yet but plan to within the next two weeks. I feel pretty prepared for it thanks to Frank.

Ms. Donette was an excellent teacher. Her real-life and class experience was very knowledgeable. She gave us information that we need to follow with our walk of life in real estate. I would recommend this class to everyone that want to take real estate. Keep up the good work Donette! I give Donette and the program five stars🙂

Very good class, the teacher was able to explain complex terms and concepts with real world examples from his experience.

I took the accelerated class taught by Danette and was very pleased with her professionalism and extensive knowledge she provided through her experience as a Realtor. The information provided and class pace is structured very well. Upon writing this review, I have noticed a negative posting before mine. I will speak briefly on this. The student in question would mock the instructor while impersonating and attempting to teach the class during breaks. This made for “the hostile environment” said student spoke of. Danette always handled this in a very professional manner. And as of week 2 of the course, the administrators at CRES had removed this student from the uncomfortable setting in which the student had created. Since, class has been without uncomfortable distractions. Thank you Scott and Kimberly for providing such a great curriculum. And thank you Danette for the education to begin my new career.

Michelle Sledge is a great instructor and even greater person. she is filled with love and insight.

Michelle is the best of the best! Her passion for the material and her energy for teaching it really comes through. Real estate Law is a lot of information and can be dry depending on who’s teaching it but Michelle’s style is certainly extremely effective. Also more importantly she truly cares about the success of her students which is a very important quality in any teacher. I highly recommend her!

Great Instructor and was very helpful

Danette is very charismatic. But she uses lesson time very inefficiently. Much of the time is spent sharing anecdotes that may or may not be directly related to the course material. When not veering onto a tangent, she mostly just breezes through the book, reading verbatim from the page and skipping over certain sections. Her sub was a far more informative instructor.

This school helped me pass my state exam with ease! I took the accelerated 2 week program and Danette Foster was an amazing instructor who always made sure you understood the concepts before moving on!

I loved all the resources provided! From CRES providing the PDF version of the book, to the super organised dashboard that allowed for quick navigation of the subjects, to the chapter summary videos that featured an expert Real Estate managing broker giving real life examples of how to apply the concepts in each chapter, to the 500+ test prep questions and Exams review videos, CRES has really put a lot of thought into helping each student succeed. 2 areas of improvement would be making the online 15 hr webinar more interactive, as in the student being able to ask questions using the chat box and computer audio. The chat box alone didn't' allow for gaining better clarity while interacting with my extremely knowledgeable instructor VIC. Also notifying the students of the webinar format will be helpful in getting students prepared to take advantage of each webinar session. All in all, I'll recommend CRES to anyone because of all the attention to detail and access to the very knowledgeable and caring instructors.

Great staff, instructors, and owners/managers! Owner, Scott worked with me to determine best classes and format that would fit my learning style and schedule. The Crash Course was critical for me! Thanks Scott!!!
