I feel the instructor did a great job in making sure you knew what was important in order to be prepared for the test.

Had a great time learning at CRES. All the course work and the extra material they give to study on the side online, helped drill the material into my head. The instructors were helpful with any questions we had in class and outside of class. I havent taken my exam yet but will do so next week. I am comfortable I will pass.

Frank was an excellent instructor. I appreciate his ability to put things in a historical context, his wealth of knowledge about Chicago real estate and his sense of humor. The course was well organized and there is a lot of support and additional resources. The only thing I wish I knew was that I needed a sponsoring broker to get a license. I might have timed the class a little differently.

Frank kept us engaged and really explained the history behind every real estate decision and policy. He gave meaning to the concepts of real estate. I loved the class. At first, I was hesitant to go to a 5 week Saturday class. I'm glad I did it.

I had such a great experience with CRES, my awesome instructor was Sam Zakarian. Sam sets his students up for Success. He goes over each Chapter, Sam instructs you how to study for the test and teaches with great passion. Sam made each class fun, and interesting. Sam has the best stories to relate to each part of the Real Estate Categories . I did pass the test the first time, if it wasn't for Sam, I definitely would of had a difficult time, however, thanks to Sam -- I am a CRES Success Student. Thank you Sam Zakarian and CRES Real Estate School!!

Highly recommend! Real life instruction.. not just taught from text book. Sam taught in a way that he transferred his years of expertise and knowledge in the most practical way. Very fun yet serious...he's about business and I feel very prepared for the exam!!

Sam was knowledgeable, had plenty of examples from the exam, and kept the class engaged. Pretty funny as well! Highly recommend.

Danette was our instructor, and she had a real world, down-to-earth approach of teaching the class and translating the materials into a more relatable format. Her professionalism, genuine personality, and caring nature helped to give the class a more welcoming feel. Her, "never coming from a place of judgement" mantra, is exactly the value system I hold, and demand of any business, or persons I associate myself with, and I appreciate that greatly.
